Amazing place to stay!

The Crowne Plaza may have been stunning I’m when it opened but definitely showing it’s age. Location was good next to ICC but that’s about it. Room was small for what I expected at $350 a night and just looked old. Toilet made this hissing noise whenever you flushed it too. We were there for a band competition and realized after we got home second night at midnight that they hadn’t cleaned room in two days. I’ll give a pass on first as we had put the do not disturb sign out but one would think a list would be made of rooms not made up for a double check. Called one night late for toilet paper and they never brought it. Just generally disappointed for money and should have stayed at Holiday Inn.

Had some issues with the valet parking but other than that, wonderful stay and beautiful hotel!

I have found my new steady hotel to stay in when I am in indianapolis.

Room could use some updates on walls and carpet. Gave me wrong room at first

The hotel was very neat, architecturally speaking. The room we stayed in was small, and we barely had enough space for our bags and baby’s bed. Breakfast was not included. We also selected a poolside room, but were later informed by the hotel that the pool was closed. The entrance was also very strange, and not very stroller friendly.

The hotel itself was really nice and In a great location. We were able to walk to get dinner and ice cream and then breakfast the next morning. Was worried about hearing the train at night and it scaring the kids but none of us were able to even hear it. Our room was super clean, as well as the bathroom. The beds were very comfy. I wish we would have known a head of time that the pool was closed. That was our main reason for staying in Indy for the night. But we didn’t let that ruin our night! Would definitely stay here again!

Small great service. They had a shuttle that would take you free within 3 miles an call ahead to make sure the cafe's weren't busy

Enjoyed the history behind it. Over priced. It was quiet, which was good. Around toilet was pretty dirty.

Overall such a neat place to stay, service was wxcellant our room was very nice, bathroom little outdated but overall cant wait to go back.

An old train station, very cool set up. Most unique hotel ive ever stayed at. If you're going to Lucas oil stadium, you use the sky walk and never have to go outside to get into the stadium. Vibrant downtown, lots of things within walking distance.

Very unique setting and close to several restaurants. It was very quite and everyone was attentive.

Being able to stay in a traincar is quite the unique experience. I also totally loved all of the creepy statues. The staff are incredible.

I loved the uniques inside with the train rooms and status around the building. Beautiful
