Staff was amazing!! Libby wore many hats during our stay. She managed the front desk and the convenience mart and the bar all at once. She was a ray of sunshine and kindness when we needed it most after a long travel day from Maine. Additionally, your location was perfect for our needs around Indianapolis and Greenwood. I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with the staff welcoming me warmly and ensuring everything was in order. The on-site dining was a highlight—the food was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which made it convenient to keep up with workouts during my trip. The laundry facility was another big plus, especially for longer stays. What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to be helpful and courteous, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. We love the room set up. For a room this size, it could use a more comfortable chair in the room, like a recliner. Also several light bulbs were out in the kitchen area, which made it dark. But overall we love staying there!

Good experience but the young girl checking my gf in was very nosy and asking inappropriate questions about our relationship. Going as far as telling my gf, "you dont look like me and im from Indiana " just a very unique and unnecessary experience.

Great stay in Greenwood

Wonderful and clean accommodations and large and well appointed. My only concern is that the shower floor had no bath mat and once soap got on the floor, it became pretty slippery...and it is a large shower. I suspect a person that is elderly could have problems with that.

Great pick for spring break

Great place to stay, customer service was fantastic. Everyone was so kind. Kids loved the big pool and the breakfast options were fantastic. Also loved that coffee and lemon water were always available. Room was spacious and clean and quiet. Lots of restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again.
