The residence Inn In Fisher Indiana was by home for two days when I came to town for a funeral. The staff were the best. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. My grandchildren said this was the best hotel they had ever stay at. I was also able to my FurBuddy. I will be staying here the next time I'm in town. Thank you
After having a bad experience at another nearby hotel, Will at Residence Inn was very accommodating on Christmas Day. He allowed me to view the room to make sure it would accommodate my family, and was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely return.
Hot tub was broken or not hot. Pool was warmer than hot tub. Room was nice to spend with family for Christmas but 219 fireplace was not working either. Beds were worn and uncomfortable, big dips in middle. Middle of the night fire alarm woke everyone. Breakfast was gross, sausage ham and eggs we awful. Biscuits were hard as a rock. Cereal and waffles were ok. Won't stay here again.
We spent many weekends at this Residence Inn in the past few years, but I have to say our last visit was the best in customer service. Alissa greeted us with a warm smile as soon as we came in. She was very attentive. Whenever we came down to the lobby, there was Alissa, always with a smile on her face and willing to assist in any way possible.
My entire family are in the middle of a nearly four week stay at the Residence Inn, in Indianapolis- Fishers. Having moved locally here for work, and not having taken possession of our new home, we decided on the Residence Inn based on location, positive initial interactions with staff and an excellent value for an extended stay. All of the staff have been phenomenal in addressing all of our needs. However, Alissa, at the front desk, deserves special commendations as we have worked with her the most and her attention to detail, kindness and memory is exceptional. Additionally, Antjuan in the housekeeping department has consistently exceeded all of our needs and requests. His friendliness, attention to detail is equally exceptional. The one characteristic that sets this staff apart from other facilities that we have experienced, is that we are addressed by name, and made to feel like family, not a number or just another customer. This has become our home away from home. Thank you for a great stay!
Front desk clerk when I Called in to make a reservation, Kristen, I believe, was very nice, helpful and courteous. She helped me with all my needs. Staff was helpful upon check-in and I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room.
Alissa and Kristin greeted me with a smile each day and did a great job making my stay a pleasant one. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location was excellent. Keep up the great work :)
The property is pretty much your typical Residence Inn. I love the layout of the residence inn rooms, particularly the studio suite and this hotel is no exception. Easy access to parking, very very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel is starting to show it's age, as the furniture is starting to look a bit dated and getting banged up a bit, doorways are beaten up, chipped a bit in places, etc. Nothing significant however, and that issue wouldn't cause me to think twice about staying here again. However, the main reason I only gave the hotel 3 * is the condition of the mattress. The mattress, at least in my room, was way way beyond time for a replacement. The mattress was so giving and worn out that when i laid in the bed, it felt like I was sleeping in a bowl because the mattress gave so much. Definitely time for the hotel to begin replacing them. The mattress was so worn out and squished down that the sheets wouldn't even remain in place, as they came loose and popped out several times every night because the mattress was so squashed. Too bad about the mattress because otherwise, everything is close to top notch on the hotel.
The associates who work this location are absolutely amazing. Vanessa, one of the front desk girls, would always great me with a smile and ask how my day was and would always accommodate my little needs. Alissa was just as great helping me out in the clutch the day before I left. I can not thank her enough for helping me out at the last minute. all the associates here are very accommodational and friendly, I will definitely be going back to this location and recommending my friends to stay there.
My 2 weeks stay was amazing at this property. Rooms were excellent with most of the amenities, almost full kitchen with kitchenware. Breakfast was great. Staff were cool and friendly, particularly KRISTIN. If you are on a Business Trip and if your office is in Fishers area, this is a GO TO Property to stay. However, Downtown is around 20-25 minutes drive. Overall, a great stay.
