Shawna was awesome, just her customer service was 4 stars!!! Beds we're extremely comfortable, our suite was spacious, the hotel and premises were extremely well maintained. Breakfast was top notch!!! Zero complaints!!!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights because my daughter had a volleyball tournament in Indianapolis. This hotel is VERY outdated. It had a smell in the lobby from the pool to the elevators that was horrid. The rooms and fixtures were outdated. Every time someone turned on the light in bathroom the exhaust fan would come on, and that is quite annoying when you are sleep and awaked by that. The toilet in my room had a dirt ring around it. There was no bedding for the pull out bed, so my daughter had to go downstairs to get that. My room did not even get cleaned one day that I was there. Just horrible experience.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway with my family. Everything was absolutely great. Front desk staff was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. We had one of the corner suites, and it was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, and had a great selection (although less-substantial on the weekday). The pool was also actually clean. And by clean, I mean clear as a bell, and not just chlorinated to death. Overall, I was completely satisfied by our stay.

We stayed in this property for 4 months for business. It was a pleasure. The staff was great and very accommodating. Inga was our housekeeper/caretaker. She took excellent care of us. She is the chef in the reception area on Tuesday & Wednesday. She treats the guests like family. The beds are so comfy that you hate to get up in the morning. The free breakfast is wonderful..the waffles and raspberry sauce are to die for. This is the most comfortable and clean hotel we had the pleasure to experience during our business trips. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay. Ask for INGA. She will take great care of you and your family. We felt very safe in this hotel. Just basically a great home away from home!

Alissa is the highlight of this hotel. She goes above and beyond to help the customer. This hotel is definitely showing its age! I love the Residence Inns but will not stay here again until this hotel has been rennovated. The mattress was horrible and we sank in the middle. There was mold in the bathtub.

I made my reservation over the phone with Kristin on my way to town and she was very helpful. She was off when I arrived, but the man who checked me in was also very helpful. The room was nice and spacious, modern and clean.

How refreshing it is to stay somewhere where the staff goes way beyond the call of duty to accommodate your needs and make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. PLUS they work in advance of your arrival to accommodate any special needs or requests that you may have. This doesn't even get into the spacious rooms, wonderful breakfasts and evening social hours, etc. We will be back MANY times. A special shout out goes to Alissa (don't know her last name) and Chris Gasper, who work the front desk among many other duties, and are the best of the best, and to Inge Jones (personality plus!), who provides outstanding service during their evening social hour and also helps out with housekeeping. If you happen to get Inge as your housekeeper, you will be impressed (although they are all good of course). TMI? :)

The residence Inn In Fisher Indiana was by home for two days when I came to town for a funeral. The staff were the best. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. My grandchildren said this was the best hotel they had ever stay at. I was also able to my FurBuddy. I will be staying here the next time I'm in town. Thank you

After having a bad experience at another nearby hotel, Will at Residence Inn was very accommodating on Christmas Day. He allowed me to view the room to make sure it would accommodate my family, and was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely return.

Hot tub was broken or not hot. Pool was warmer than hot tub. Room was nice to spend with family for Christmas but 219 fireplace was not working either. Beds were worn and uncomfortable, big dips in middle. Middle of the night fire alarm woke everyone. Breakfast was gross, sausage ham and eggs we awful. Biscuits were hard as a rock. Cereal and waffles were ok. Won't stay here again.
