There was no one at the desk. They do not have a permanent desk staff. I had to use a phone in a tiny waiting area and wait 20 minutes.

WoodSpring Suites is a value focused hotel specializing in extended stays and therefore many of our guests stay with us for longer periods of time than the average guest at other hotels.
