Went out to put bags in the car and tried to get back in the hotel and could not get back in. Front door was locked. Tried to use room key no luck. Tried to use call button no luck. Tried calling hotel no luck. I could hear the phone ringing from outside. Had to call my wife to let me in. At that point someone finally came from behind the counter. I would guess they were sleeping just like the bar tender was the day before.

All was great.......................................................

Hotel was convenient and had great access highways. The hotel need upkeep on things such as wallpaper, shower curtain, facilities amenties(hot tub).

Advertised free breakfast didn't happen paid 1.90 for small coffee would not pay for overpriced food

My only complaint is that when i called asking how close the goal was from Eagle Creek Park, i was told that it was across the street, when it was in fact a 15 minute drive away. I have a problem with people who don't tell the truth....

I have stayed at many Courtyard hotels, and this one was very disappointing. The staff was not very friendly, and seemed bothered that we would interrupt their conversations among themselves to check in or to order breakfast. The hotel rooms are in need of updates, and the beds are not very comfortable, seems like it's time to get new mattresses. Would definitely not stay at this location again, I know there are much better Courtyards where the staff likes their job. And they appreciate your business, but not this one.

It would have been nice if would could have had breakfast. We had to leave at 645 to make it downtown for the marathon.

The hotel staff members went out of their way to accommodate our needs: getting us interlinking rooms with others in our party allowing us to check in early replacing the frig.

This was our first time in Indy. We had a wonderful trip. The city is beautiful. Although the hotel was a 15/20 minutes drive from the city, it was still close enough to everything. Our room was clean & very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the front desk staff wasn't all that friendly and inviting. We asked for a fridge in our room & I understand it's a first come first serve basis, but we asked before we even checked in & never received one our whole stay. Overall it was a great experience and a very well kept hotel.

We were just passing through to see a friend before heading to Virginia. The bed was comfortable and check in and check out was a breeze. Great job everyone.

the best hotel in Indy's outskirts, I would stay here every time I would be in the area . clean, new , nice design

Good clean hotel. Coffe & tea in lobby would be nice.

Had a great stay, was very convenient for us, as my Aunt is in Zionsville, Indiana. Easy to locate.

Arrived around 9:30 pm. Fast and easy check-in and got a couple drinks at bar to bring up to our room. Room was very clean and comfortable. Starbucks coffee in lobby for morning caffeine is nice. Easy drive downtown to Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. Gas station and restaurants nearby. Exactly what we wanted.

We stayed here for the Brickyard 400 this hotel worked out great for us. We enjoyed the back patio and pool during the evenings! We attempted to go to.the steak and shake right next door 3 times during our 2 night stay the lights were all on but the doors were locked.

Quiet & easy to get to. Room did not include a refrigerator or microwave. No ice machine onthe first floor. Bed & linens were fabulous!

Bistro was nice option. Stay away from the Steak N Shake next door. Poorly run and lousy food. Good location for NCAA rowing championships.

Great, didn't have time to use pool or workout room. Will definitely return.,

Picked this hotel because of the restaurant. Not a restaurant, it's more of a deli. Not a lot of options, poor service, disappointing. It's the type of place that probably microwaves everything due to lack of business. Had a problem with our door handle as it key would unlock door but handle wouldn't open the door. The room was small, tv was in a bad spot, parallel to bed. Bathtub is a safety hazard, curved sides make an awkward stance. The "sofa bed" was caved in and sagging cushions, looked like it was at least 20 years old and you wouldn't even want to sit on it. Ice was only on second floor. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were awful. We've stayed at lesser name hotels with better accommodations by far. Extremely disappointing considering the name Marriott was on the building outside.

Very nice but free coffee in the lobby in the morning would be nice. Need inf to pay for coffee is kinda cheesy.
