Was hoping this would be a pleasant two week experience in downtown Indy. Regrettably it was not. First, it’s billed as a 1 bedroom. It is not. It is a studio with a draped off bedroom area. And. No dining area. Second, upon arrival the place was dirty—hair and dust all over, beat up floors and walls, poor housekeeping. And then there’s parking. It is advertised as free parking—all caps. But it isn’t. There is a Denison lot across the alley, but the restrictions make it nearly impossible to use for anything more than one day, and not free. We found parking a fifteen minute walk away. And in our case parking was the reason we picked this place over others. We also picked this place because from the photo it appeared to be a pool large enough to swim laps in, but in reality too small for that. Likewise the photos made the place look like the advertised 1 bedroom. But as mentioned, the bedroom is only an alcove. There is the cliche “you get what you pay for.” While the price of this unit was reasonable, we definitely got less than we paid for. I would recommend continuing your search.
