We had a great stay at this hotel. We had a very clean & comfortable room. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The wifi was great. Breakfast was awesome with lots of hot fresh items. Lots of choice. Recommended.
I spend one week and i dont have any regret. They serve a good breakfast, the attention of the recepcionist is great they help you if you need something, the price is good, its a fine place tu just be for business or vacations.
I cannot thank the staff enough. I stayed here for a quick business trip and the staff went over and above expectations to make sure I had a great stay. Thank you. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was wonderful.
Blanked on bed was maybe 2 inches think..had to ask for more blankets. The top drawer had clothes in it from a previous stay. The shower wasn't cleaned before as there was dirty soap box and open shampoo in bath. The room smelled like a mixture of chlorine and must. Other than that- It was average at best... I won't be staying here in the future.. Not for almost $90.00.
Rooms are clean and modern, noisy road and glowing yellow signs from extended stay glows in your room. Noisy on weekends, breakfast typical free stuff. Front door is small to navigate luggage and throw carpets in entryway are dangerous. Front door is locked at 7 PM, tells you about area
We had a great stay here for three nights. We got in very late the first night. I called earlier in the day to inform them that it would be very late after I changed my reservations a couple of times. The staff had everything ready at check in and it went smoothly. The first morning the we were eating breakfast and the General Manager stopped my and said hello and chatted with our kids and was very friendly. All of the staff, cleaning crew, maintenance, and reception said hello every time they saw you. Coffee was great in the mornings and the breakfast selection was pretty good for hotel standards. We will stay here again if we need to be on this side of town. Also, there are quite a few restaurants across the street, and several more 5-10 minutes away and are an easy drive.
Our stay at the Fairfield Inn &Suites was amazing. It is a beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. We booked a king size executive suite. This included a king bed, couch with pull out, desk, dresser, mini fridge, microwave, and full bathroom. The couch was bigger then most hotels have. The bathroom was set up to where the skin was separate from the toliet and bathtub/shower. The open closet was locate directly across from the skin. This was nice when someone was using the bathroom and another was getting ready or brushing their teeth. I loved that the tv had Netflix, YouTube, crackle, Pandora, hulu, and tedx which was nice to be able to long on and watch shows and movies. At the end of your visit you select to remove all of your information. Breakfast was served from 7 to10 which was delicious. They offer oatmeal, scrambled eggs, a meat (we had Canadian bacon and pork sausage), cereal, 2 different fruits per day (we had strawberries, cantaloupe twice, and pineapple), there was also bagels, breads, English muffins, yogurt, and make your own waffles. There was a pool the kids enjoyed not hot tub though. The kids eyes burned after being in the pool, but it might have been because they open their eyes under water. Of course I was thankful for the washer and dryer with having muddy soccer fields this weekend. There were stores and a few restaurants across the street, with other options close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay again.
My accessible room was clean, comfortable and located near everything I needed. The General Manager, Mr. Hence did everything to ensure that everything would be accessible for me. David, at the front desk, helped us find eating places and shopping near the hotel. When In town I would definitely stay there again.
Best Hotel I've stayed at! Its not the Ritz, but its super clean inside and the staff is great. The manager checked us in around 3:30pm. He might have been understaffed, but stayed cool as a cucumber. He was also super polite to every customer every time I seen him in my 3 nights stay. The first morning I stayed there my iron didn't work so I left a note, and there was a brand new one waiting for me when I returned. The cleaning team (I didn't meet)remade the room perfectly to my liking. Breakfast was wonderful, the lady that works in the morning must have walked through every 5-10 min (depending on how busy it was) to check on the stock levels and wish each guest a "Good Morning". Shelly....You were my favorite. Shelly worked nights, then had to cover for someone else the next morning...Shelly, you save the day with my eye contacts situation. I wont give out the secret, but you should let Fastenal restock that first aid kit. All these people were great; you might want to have your elevator checked out, but 100% A++. To the guest, Trader Mills is good for a bar atmosphere, Abulaos (the Mexican place across the street) would be recommended, and also the wings at squealers (the brisket is overrated).
Shelly the Front desk gal is AWESOME!!! She remembers me by name every time Im there at check in. She works hard & puts in a lot of hours. She is Excellent at what she dose! Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
