Great stay overall. This location is quick access to freeways, about 10 min from the speedway, 15-20 min from the airport. A little wear and tear on the room but not bad at all!

Stayed one night at this hotel. The room was ok, lobby was fairly nice, and free breakfast was good. Hotel staff was slow and not real helpful, even though they were friendly. My car was broken into while we were sleeping and I had a lot of coin, a nice pair of sunglasses, and a few CD's stolen. I have still not been contacted by the hotel about the report I filled out. Very disappointed with my experience at this hotel.

The entire Hotel reeks of a very unpleasant odor. This one fact alone outweighs the very comfortable beds.

Room had noticeable water damage on the ceiling. Clientele appeared to be long term stays and noisy next door room. Front desk staff was great, but other than that, for the price, find another place to stay.

Our door key would not work after three trips to the front desk to get it operational. So the clerk changed our room and was very pleasant and accommodating in the process. The carpets need to be replaced. Otherwise, the room was fine. The beds were excellent.

Room was okay although shower had low pressure and semi-hot water on third floor. Desk help was good. Was helped with a WIFI issue my the desk attendant. Facility is just tired and needs some freshening up. Elevators had an aroma and the doors would get stuck on the bottom floor. At one point I had to "assist" them in opening.

Took the shuttle from the airport. It was dirty inside. We checked in to our room and upon entering the room the thermostat said it was 65 degrees but it felt like 85. I didn't want to mess with it all night so we went to the lobby and got a 2nd room. This room was apparently next to a dog kennel as the whole walk to the room down the hallway was filled with the sounds of a number of dogs barking ferociously. Our room was to be right next door to the room with the dogs. We went to the front desk again and got yet another room. Upon entering the lights between the beds didn't work. We decided we could live with this. Our room needed a major deep cleaning as it was not clean. Maintenance issues like the lights, broken off tile, etc needed attention. This is a room that to get to a typical hotel room cleanliness and maintenance standard probably needs 4-5 hours of attention. I never looked much at the other 2 rooms they had put us in but I am guessing they were equally as filthy. The free breakfast was nothing to get excited about. I think they served sausages, I really couldn't tell what that wrinkled up stuff was next to the eggs. I was also greeted by 2 dogs, large, roaming the lobby when I came down for breakfast. I love dogs, but I don't like it when they come over toward my 12 year old and growl. All the while 2 hotel employees were talking to the owner as these dogs roamed freely. Perhaps they should have told that guest to leash their dogs? No Bueno.

Room was filthy. Bed had a finger nail clipping. There were stains on the sheets. The room was dirty. The room had a terible stagnant odor. Bathroom was dirty. We pulled the sofa bed out only to find a fresh and still wet coffee or soda stain. We only stayed because we needed rest for our next leg of the journey. Truly horrible experience.

Nice rooms and a better than average breakfast. The pool was nice as well.

Room HVAC was terrible. The AC would range went from hot to cold, could not regulate for comfort. Advertised free parking with shuttle service charged $25 for parking. Bed was very uncomfortable/wore-out.

The staff were very friendly. The beds were not comfortable. The rooms need updating.

I've only stayed in one other wingate which I thought was very good so maybe I went in with higher expectations. The rooms were slightly dated and have sustained a fair amount of wear and tear that has not been fixed with the best craftmanship. The staff was good no complains there. The hotel is just older and not well appointed.

Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly, warm smiling desk clerk. Check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was easy to access by elevator and very clean, comfortable and appealing at a reasonable price! Most especially it was so easy to get to a show we were going to and back to our hotel! Only 5.5 miles one way!

Close to midnight vehicle kept racing their motor outside close to our window, which was near the front entrance. Went. to bathroom during night and toilet would not stop running after flushed. Had to turn the water off for it to stop. Something was left refrigerator from someone else.

staff was very helpful. . shuttle service to event. ... breakfast as very nice and served later then there hotels... lobby was very comfortable ..late check out. .

It was fair a good place to rest after a long drive from Madison

Stayed 5 days. Great hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast was always very good.

Decent location- access to interstates and not too far from downtown Indianapolis. Some of the areas around the hotel were sketchy looking to drive through, but I was satisfied with the hotel itself and the price being a decent deal. Their continental breakfast was the best I've seen for a $75-85/night hotel and the woman running the breakfast kept all of the food stocked. They had mini yogurts, wonderful make your own waffles with fixings, Danishes/toast, fresh fruit, individual cereals, and other stuff. Room was pretty clean, had a minor smoke smell for a nonsmoking room but not that bad. Room had a nice mini fridge and microwave.

A nice hotel wth great amenities and breakfast spread.

Nice place to stay, clean and relaxing. First room smelled like smoke but the manager readily changed us to another room that was great. Breakfast selection was very good - waffle maker and warm eggs and sausage were welcomed.
