We enjoyed our stay a lot, the house was equipped with everything that was needed, there is minor improvements but I spoke to the property manager and they were glad to hear the insights and make changes as needed for better future stays, price per value was amazing and would recommend!

March 2025 Review

The property manager and the communication were great! Overall, the property met our needs, though it was evident that it had been well-used over time. The beds were uncomfortable, resembling futon mattresses, and the parking in the rear was truly should be limited to one vehicle. Accommodating two cars or SUVs in that space would be quite challenging. Also, the house is situated on the outskirts of the Fountain Square neighborhood, and as an out-of-town guest, I would not have felt comfortable walking anywhere due to safety concerns.

Titans Weekend

We had a group of 10 and this house provided plenty of room for all of us! The neighborhood was a great place for us to walk our dog each day also. Several people in our group had tickets to the Colts game and were able to walk to the Lucas Oil Stadium. There were also some great places to eat in Fountain Swuare. This was a great place to stay! We had a good time.

Great house & location

Worked great for us. large space, lots of beds. A couple of the beds need some work on their slats though! 2 of them were pretty easy to knock out of place just by sitting on the bed.

Wedding Prep

We used the property for our bridal party to stay the night before the wedding . Each bridesmaid has their own bed and we had plenty of bathrooms for them to get ready in. Additionally the open space in the main living area worked well for the hair and makeup team.

What a great property!!!

This house was perfect and perhaps the cleanest house we’ve ever rented! (It smelled vaguely bleach-y, but in the best of ways! Soooo clean!) The house was as pictured. Sure, there are some dings and dents (in particular a wall patch near the toilet paper holder in the powder room and a very loose towel bar in the downstairs king bathroom) but none that impacted the quality of our stay! We had several communications with the rental company, all very pleasant and helpful! I will say, when we arrived the temp of the upstairs was easily 10-15 degrees warmer than the main floor. We didn’t get a resolution from the rental company, but we turned off the heat, opened the upstairs windows and let the house cool for a few hours. That seemed to do the trick. When we turned the furnace back on, it was still warmer up and cooler down, but perfectly serviceable. Again, I can’t emphasize enough how nice EVERYONE that we spoke to was! I would absolutely stay here again! Our family just wanted a fun weekend away and we were literally 15 minutes or less from each and every thing we wanted to do! Great place!!!

Perfect for large group

This house was, contrary to what other reviewers have said, very clean and well supplied. It looks like they listened to those other reviews. The neighborhood is undergoing a transition so you will see million dollar houses next to some that are quite honestly very run down. The neighborhood does not feel unsafe. The house itself was very well designed affording privacy everyone. The common areas are not huge but there are two of them, one on each floor. My only criticism is that another bathroom upstairs would have been nice as one is shared by 3 bedrooms. Not a deal breaker though. I have to mention the convenience store which is located right outside the back door. Perfect for anything you might have forgotten or run out of. The owner was incredibly nice allowing me to park in his lot after watching me struggle to fit in the parking by the garage with a 15 person van.. Highly recommend this property for any activity in the Fountain Square area or downtown which is about 10 minutes away.

Not quite ready

The upstairs space is great --beds, bathrooms. The common areas are small and were somewhat cramped for our group of six. The kitchen area had stainless appliances and some counter space. The rental was lacking toilet paper, paper towel, pods for dishwasher, dish towels. It did include dishes and silverware. When we called about these , they were brought over to us. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean, but the common areas and floors were not. This is an older area being redeveloped, so some of the area is ok, and some not so much.

Misleading description - Do not recommend

The interior of the house description was mostly accurate but neighborhood and accuracy of a safe neighborhood is misleading. We checked in the house and left the house within 15 min due to no one in the property feeling safe to stay at the house. I have written several emails to the host asking for a refund with no response 2 weeks later? I hope to get resolved via VRBO.
