There was hair all over the bathroom floor and the carpet felt sticky.
The staff were amazing and friendly. The rooms were nicer then the pictures posted on line
Hotel was very nice. Location was very clean area, and about 10-15 minutes from central downtown. The hotel staff was great! New mattresses were being installed in all rooms during our stay. The pool and hot tub was very refreshing and really nice area. I would highly recommend this hotel.
It was fine. I was there long enough to sleep and my room was clean.
Everything was good. Clean, friendly. Breakfast was good as well.............would stay again.
A bit expensive for their very few, low quality, common amenities. Old, discolored towels, pillows, and towels. No microwave or fridge in room. A/C and heaters in room are loud and you can easily hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. Front desk staff was civil. Not couteous.
I should start by saying that I'm not a particular person, so some things that may bother others, just won't bother me. I tend to stay in hotels for long periods of time (30 days or more) so a couple of nights like this is nothing. I was in a room on the second floor. This hotel has heater/AC units that are built into the room underneath the windows. Controls are in the unit no thermostat in the room. Not my favorite because it is harder to control a constant temperature with this system. On top of the heater/AC unit small ants were crawling around. Far from the bed, so it didn't bother me and I assume most other rooms had the same problem. I purposely put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door so housekeeping would skip my room. They cleaned the room anyway. This was the only thing that really upset me. I had specific reasons for trying to keep housekeeping out of the room and they did not honor this. The evening person at the desk was very helpful with restaurants that delivered. I was there during a time when it rained a lot so I wanted my evening meal delivered. The evening person suggested a Chinese place that was so close they didn't charge a delivery fee, plus I could order online. Breakfast is free, but as free hotel breakfasts go it is not first class. The scrambled eggs are powdered. The biscuits and sausage gravy were cold. There is cereal, fruit, waffles, and bread. Coffee is good. What the rooms don't have: a safe, a microwave, a refrigerator, and good wifi. There is free wifi, but it is really slow. Don't expect to watch a streaming movie on your laptop. Checking your mail should not be a problem. I generally lock my laptop to an immovable part of the room. I couldn't find anything with which to do this in the room.
We stay here often when visiting family. The location is great because it's away from a lot of traffic but still close enough to restaurants and shopping. The staff goes the extra mile for your comfort.

Location isn't fantastic. pretty off the downtown and the rest are pretty much so-so. nothing really to shout about. you get for what you pay for.

Our experience was satisfactory. This is an older motel located on I-465 beltway in a commerical/office park. The motel's location provides decent access to the art museum, downtown, etc. The plasma TVs were a nice touch and the night manager, Matthew, was very affable. The room was clean. The walls were pretty thin and during the night we could hear doors opening and closing, a couple bickering, taking a shower, etc. We were woken up more than once in spite of ear plugs, and a portable noise machine we take with us travelling, but these precautions mostly blocked out the noise. We did not ask Matthew, or other motel staff to intervene, but I am confident he/they would have been happy to assist. Ultimately, we did not think it was worth the price we paid. We would have been happier paying 30% less and travelling a little farther to see the City sites.

It was ok not worth over $100 the staff was very nice buggoboos at checkout time it was 11 they started ringing my room phone every 20mins checkout wasn't until 12
It was further west than expected was hoping for it to be more North like instructedthe hotel appeared to be clean but smells like body odor staff was nice
Requested room nearby/on same wing for my son - who would be arriving after midnight. DONE!
