Nice property for a reasonable price. About a mile walk from everything, so not too far away but still not right next door either.
First time that I am asked to leave the lobby at 11 pm because they need to get ready for breakfast, we were a group of 6 people with low volume conversation, this makes you feel very uncomfortable since the lady from the front desk was rude. This has never happened to me. Also housekeeping knocking at my door at 7:50 am on a Saturday is not something you expect as a guest.

My room reeked of cigarette smoke. The staff’s solution was to use some kind of odor-eliminating spray, which I declined. The hotel doesn’t have capacity to host breakfast, so we had to take our food to the room.
It is convenient if in town for sporting events.
I chose this location because they had a Hot tub. The Hot tub was great for my first night. My second and third night the Hot tub was shut down due to improper chemical/sanitizer levels.
The location was close to the downtown and easy to get to.
Staff vey friendly and helpful! Air conditioner was rather loud.
Lots of parking and easy to walk a few blocks to the bwr districts.
