There were plenty of kitchen utensils. But the kitchen was very short on baking pans and large cookware. There were no large pots or baking pans. It seems like someone would have thought a 7 bedroom house with need some large cookware for the families that come to stay there.

The house was just the right size for the 9 people in our family. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple/individual. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. A couple extra kitchen towels and dishrags would be nice since we stayed 5 nights and did a lot of dishes. The internet did have issues, but we were warned ahead that this may happen. Eventually, we got it to work. Access to the beach was nice and the deck got a lot of use during our stay.

Upon arrival, our party noted that the house wasn’t super clean. There were stains all over the carpet, which was pretty gross. In the master suite bathroom, there was termite damage that was being worked on, but was not communicated to us before our stay. Another bathroom shower/tub leaked every time it was used. Several pieces of furniture throughout the house were broken/needed replaced, including the freezer door. On a positive note, the property manager was quick to respond, the location was great, and the beds were comfortable. The house was big enough for our large family, and each room having its own bathroom was really nice.

Great house but needed some TLC

Great house in a great location, but needs some work. The kitchen sink and faucet is worn out, the master sink faucets are falling apart, there's broken tiles in the master bath to name a few. The TVs have four remotes each and managment had to come out twice to get any of them to work. Overall a good stay, but we weren't expecting problems like these in this price range.

Nice location. Missing a few items.

No cloths hangers. No kitchen basics like salt, peeper or sugar, other than dishes, a few countertop appliances and silverwear. One Kurag didn't work. Closet light out in 2nd floor, NW bedroom. Very leaky ouside shower. That one really needs to get fixed. Lots of water is being wasted. Other than those few things, we liked the location and the house itself.

The house was clean great location. The elevator was out and one person in our group was on crutches which made going in and out quite difficult. The internet went out on day 2 but we had a wedding so we were in and out for one of the days. We didn’t call it in immediately. The company did promptly come out but they were unable to fix it, I did receive a small credit for the inconvenience. House really was nice and you can’t beat the view and location. However, we never did get the two non-working toilets upstairs to work unless manually flushed with the tank lid off even tho it was reported on Monday and Wednesday of our start

On the beach!

This is directly on the beach. Can`t ask for closer to the beach than this. You can easily walk back and forth to get your drinks or food and come back. Excellent pricing for this type of value.

Great location, spacious

Our group of 10 adults and two kids stayed 5 nights at this location. Awesome view and access directly to the beach. Nice to have bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. AC worked great and lots of space to all hang out. The kitchen was sort of well stocked but lacked some basics like spoons, pot holders, dish towels. Grill is a very simple charcoal style grill - no grill tools and the lid has no handle so a bit tricky to use. Overall nice place, but stop by the store for paper plates, cups, paper towels, and utensils on your way.

Excellent place to stay. A family vacation with 16 people, enough room and having all the bathrooms was beneficial. Beach was absolutely gorgeous. Would highly recommend. We did have to purchase some kitchen hand towels and dish cloths. Also brought our own extra silverware as there would not have been enough.

Summer Beach Trip

Had an amazing time with family! Had stayed there 2 years ago and they made several upgrades! Beds were awesome and overall space for 11 of us was great! Love being right on the beach with having littles and on different schedules. Some can stay at the beach while others go in for naps! Ice maker was slow, so would be nice to have more ice available for a hot week! Needs more silverware and kitchen hand towels. Would be amazing to have king beds for the queen rooms too. Also would love to know the brand of the king mattress in the master bedroom??
