CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:



•Balcony work is scheduled to begin at Emerald Key on January 12, 2026, and is expected to be completed by February 27, 2026. There will still be ongoing construction elsewhere on the property, which will be noisy. Dates subject to change.



UPDATED AS OF 2/18/26



•BALCONY IS CLOSED



•East stack units: the floors are now being patched. A corrosion converter was applied to the rebar that was exposed during concrete patching. A mitigating corrosion inhibitor will be applied to the entire deck after patches are complete. The coating process on floors will start later this week, as well as on walls and ceilings. NO FOOT TRAFFIC can be on balconies once floor coatings begin. It will take about 7 days to finish the floors once started. Post-tension repair on the 2nd-story ceiling should be performed next week. We will move the stage to the east side of the balcony so this work can be performed.



•West stack balconies have a few more days of concrete repair before patching begins. The same process will take place as the East stacks. Weather permitting, we look to move to the middle balcony in the middle of next week. We will then work on the East and West small balconies. We are working every day possible to try to stay on schedule. Again, the amount of concrete patches was more than anticipated. The goal is to complete the south elevation, open the pool, and finish the East and West balconies.



Emerald Key 203 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor, with breathtaking Gulf-front views. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the pool waterfall blending with the waves crashing on the beach.

• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed with access to the private balcony.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
