I wasn’t even going to leave a 1 star review until the staff lied & gaslit me. The hot tub was broken our whole stay. It’s the ONLY reason I picked this property, & it was ice cold. As cold as the outside pool. I brought it up to staff 4 times. I was told day 2 it was fixed, so they acknowledged it was broken. It was not fixed. I was told twice that management would contact me. They never did. Upon checkout, I finally spoke to someone who said it was never broken. Yes it was. She also said nobody else complained about it. Yes they did. I witnessed an old man throw a fit about it being broken while I was at breakfast. Multiple other people complained. Everyone that got in the hot tub got out immediately, because the water wasn’t even tolerable. I was told “sorry it wasn’t hot enough for you”. No ma’am. It’s not that it wasn’t hot enough “for me”. There was no warmth to it AT ALL. The indoor pool was warmer than the hot tub, but it was even barely warm so that doesn’t help much. I don’t appreciate being gaslit and making it seem like I was being petty & making something out of nothing. If you are going to advertise an amenity, ensure it’s working. If it’s not, then do something about it & don’t make it seem like it’s the customers fault for expecting something they paid for. I’m sure I’ll get a generic fake apology as a reply to this review, but if they aren’t willing to do something about it, then it means nothing! I’m leaving this review everywhere possible.

I reserved the hotel for Fri, Sat and Sunday. We had an incident with our car and couldn't arrive on Friday. When we get there on Saturday, we found out that tgeybgave our room to someone else and we ended up with no hotel with a small kid. Staff wasn't helpful and looked like they didn't care.

Our room smelled all weekend. We had to ask the staff for disinfectant spray to remove the odor, and the amenities were not easily accessible. We did not get great room service with towels and such. Okay stay for a quick get away.

Check in was easy and convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. We spent the majority of our time at the beach and exploring. Every time we returned to our room to retire for the evening, there was always clean towels provided. The location of the hotel was near the beach and all the restaurants. That was a major plus for me.

Property next to highway, carpet felt dirty, remote sticky, unable to get TV working, bathroom clean. Porch area littered with bird poop everywhere not able to enjoy the sites from there. Will not stay there again. Thank you

We stayed here for three nights and it was a good price for what you get. The hotel was very busy and customer service was lacking a little. One person was working the front desk around check in time so it took a while for me to be able to have my issues resolved with needing more towels and toilet paper in our room. When I asked the girl for them, she just nodded her head and said ok. She didn’t even write the room number down which I thought a little odd especially since she had a large line of guests with other needs. (Perhaps she had a good memory??) When we returned later to our room that evening, there were no extra towels or toilet paper like we had requested so we had to go back down to the front desk & ask again. Our tub was missing a stopper so our young children had to take showers, which they are not fans of. Dead cockroach outside one of the side entrance doors which was gross and it was out there overnight with nobody cleaning it up. Other than that, the facilities were very clean and the room was nice! Worst part of the entire stay was the breakfast situation. Unless you get there right when it starts, there was nothing left on the days we were there. My husband went down a little after 8 am to grab some food and all that was left was some gravy. It seems like they put everything out at 6 am and whatever is left, is left for those who come later. Very unacceptable! Be prepared to get breakfast elsewhere if you’re not an early riser!

We stayed here on a whim. We had went to New Orleans from Indiana and were heading to PCB. The location is in good proximity of everything I love in Destin. The rooms were decent and clean. We loved having a balcony. The only issue is that we have yet to receive our deposit back. Oh, there was a little issue with the power strip kicking the fridge off while we were there. We came back twice to find the ice from the freezer melted all over the floor. But it’s not a biggy.

Property is clean. Wanted to check in an hour early they wanted to charge me $30 for early check in. Never had this issue anywhere else before. Came back at 4pm, only 1 girl working the desk. 30 plus minutes to check in. People were not impressed. The next 2 morning went down multiple time to try to get breakfast and there was nothing there. It was like what they made was gone and that was it. Plus the coffee tasted like cardboard. The place is good for 1 or 2 nights thats about it. We got to enjoy extra days here in destin because of the cheap deal we got. Definitely not worth paying full price for this place.

The room was big! Had 2 queens that were very very comfortable; plus a sleeper couch and chair! What a great prices for such a nice room. Bathroom was big and equally nice. Breakfast was nice with eggs and sausage waffles etc. Inddor heated pool and right next door to a go cart racing park and other parks with rides for the kids! Very great and absolutely the best deal we found! Highly recommend! There was a minor inconvenience of only 1 elevator for 4 stories and only 1 ice machine... but that was well made up for with everything else this hotel offered. Would stay here every time im in Destin
