No air no heat no hot water the cable went in and out and property did not look like the pictures
One of the rooms heat did not work, one rooms air conditioner only worked, water pressure was horrible and rooms did not resemble pictures online.
Hotel is located in a good location, but being a Wyndham Hotel I expected a more modern setting. Furniture is old and worn (out dated).The carpet in my room wasn't cleaned good TV remote was broken. But the staff was polite and very helpful. This is why I rated it a 3.
The beds could of been better and was too small. It was not a bad hotel overall
We wanted a place that was convenient to touring Chicago at a good price and this met our needs. We read the reviews so we didn't have high expectations and therefore we were happy with our stay. All staff were very nice, especially the ladies who cleaned the room/made the beds. We felt safe and had a really enjoyable trip to Chicago!
My room had burn marks on the carpet and the bed was not as comfortable as I expected. The hotel has NO parking which is ridiculous. The only parking available was across the street for an additional $58! I will never stay here again.
Ok, keep your expectations of the rooms to a minimum with this property and you'll be alright. Our room was extremely small, and it had a window air conditioner that was really loud. Which, funny enough, turned out to be a good thing because it blocked a lot of the street noise outside. The hotel is outdated except for the reception area lol. I looked at the pictures before booking so kind of knew it wasn't going to be the best. So overall it was great because our expectations weren't very high. We had some issues with the card I had reserved it with early on but the manager, Ryan, helped us out and was so sweet and nice about everything. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert, and they even decorated the lobby and handed out her favorite candy!! The location of the hotel is really nice. We walked from Soldier field, and it wasn't too terrible of a walk. It's near a lot of places to eat and a lovely 24/7 Dunkin Donut is across the street. The restaurant on site for breakfast was really great! they also have an on-site sushi restaurant that we sadly didn't get to try but it looked great too.
Very convenient to many colleges and universities as well as the art museum. Close to public transportation. The room was clean and spacious. However very dated and noisy. Electrical outlet in the bath would not maintain their hair dryer. No parking meant I had to find a parking spot from the many nearby.
Hotel rooms are very old, smelly and dirty, It was so horrible, very less Wall electrical outlets, No fridge, Dirty Nobs and light switches, even it had blood stains on the wall in the bathroom. Would not recommend anyone instead I will warn on social media Never to stay at this place. You need to up our game please.

Old hotel that has it’s charms. Staff was friendly. Room and property was clean. Great location.
