My family and I were there to celebrate my son’ s 21st birthday. The property is amazing, we enjoy the street food as well as several of the restaurant. The only issue is wait ing over an hour for the Italian restaurant due to butler service or preferred guests. Need to change that policy. The spa service was incredible!

Our visit to Live Aqua was wonderful. One of the best adults only resorts we have stayed at in Cancun. We had one hiccup one night and the next day, Marco, the night manager, met with us and made it right. Thank you Marco. The staff was great. We loved that there were so many different pools...we never felt overcrowded. I do with the swim up bar was in the bigger pool.

There were good restaurants but small and struggled to handle guest capacity. Most dining options are outdoors and can be HOT.

The staff was great and attentive. Food was good. Beach and pool area was very nice but the issue for me was the temperature of the pools and hotel areas. The room temps were great but everything else was too hot. Cancún was in the low 90s so I would think any hotel should not have any issues cooling. We found ourselves working up a sweat during dinner then feeling uncomfortable at the bar. Then during the day when you feel like beating the summer heat the pool felt like a hot tub.

Great customer service. Very nice and clean rooms. The one main issue is that most restaurants are outside. Not ideal when it’s 100 and humid during your stay. Great service from Marco who makes awesome fresh fruit smoothies . And kudos to Cesar who went above and beyond customer service at Hidden Garden Restaurant.

The customer service offered here is outstanding. The hotel staff went beyond their expectations to make our stay memorable. If you guys get the opportunity to be served by the pool side staff Luis, Cesar and Fernando i promise you will go back many times more. They truly take pride in their work and make sure you are truly having a great experience. Another person who was extremely friendly and helpful specially after the sunny days and all the drinks was the person serving green smoothies at the breakfast buffet. He had a drink for every need you had! I will definitely be going back!

This was an amazing hotel with impeccable service! Its not a party hotel and doesnt have much night life. However, for someone looking to layback and relax, its perfect! My only complaint about the resort, is having to RENT a cabana. Wouldnt be a big deal, but they had very limited "free" seating and ample empty cabana's. Other than that, i would visit the resort again!

Live Aqua was a beautiful resort. The location is perfect as it is conveniently located near the airport. I cannot say more about the staff. They went out of their way to make our stay relaxing and fun. They was a perfect balance of relaxing and entertainment. One complaint I have is the cabana rentals around the pool and on the beach. You have to rent the cabanas for $85/day. Otherwise the lounging chairs were first come first serve. There were an abundance of cabanas, but not enough loungers. I feel at an all inclusive, the cabanas should also be first come first serve. Our group felt this was a way to get more money out of us. They should have been included in the all inclusive package. The food was delicious everywhere. Including the restaurant Carnivore, which is not included on the all inclusive package. However, be aware of the price on the menu. A group of 8, had a $1600 bill. A bit pricey for what was on the menu. The portions of steak were very large, could have shared a steak between two people. Thank you for such a great stay!
