LOVE this place! Second time going. Went this time with just my husband and it’s the same amazing place. Incredible food, amazing people, great entertainment, clean and organized. A well oiled machine!! We do the Aqua Club level with the butlers and they have all been amazing. Carlos and Arturo were perfection!

Visited Live Aqua with a group of 8 people for my 40th birthday September 2025. We had the BEST time! The property and rooms are clean, service was exceptional, food was great and lots of options! They had grills going each day around the pools with anything from ribs to tacos, and my favorite was the empanada lady that came around. The swim up bar had a party from 4-6pm with a DJ, and the rest of the pool was pretty relaxed. There was a good mix of people from group celebrations to couples vacations. They had different activities each night including a silent disco, karaoke and casino night. They excel in making moments memorable, and did a fantastic job decorating my room! Standout service was our server David at the pool, Flavio who coordinated our dinners and cabanas, and Ricky the pool entertainer! I highly recommend Live Aqua and I will be back!

I had the most amazing time in Cancun! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was absolutely beautiful — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The resort was paradise for people who are looking for relaxation. It mostly caters to people who want to enjoy peace and quiet but occasionally want to party. They have events that you can join and activities you can experience. The staff is what makes this resort exceptional. To name a few mauricio from azur, mario and jose from varena, eden from egos bar, julio in MB. The staff that serves the hotdogs in the grill . The towel staff. Everyone was amazing. The food was way better than the other all inclusive resorts we've stayed in here in mexico. Demographics mostly consist of people aged 40-60 but there are also younger adults in the area. If you are looking for a mix of relaxation and fun in a paradise, Live Aqua is the resort for you.

The restaurants were all very hot (no air) and the service was slow. Not the luxury experience in the Aqua Level that was expected.
