We got there Sunday in the morning and had a very impolite rude staff member that refused to give us her name ,and did nothing for us . we are 64 years old and sometimes takes a while to find papers and reservation after a 6 hours flight when we were tired ,she keep hushing us with no consideration for our age ,never smile welcome us or did anything to represent the hotel us a welcoming place that value their guests . The manager come only on Monday and she did help us gave us a upgrade and try to fix the terrible impression left by this not trained or polite staff member . all the other team members were very nice I don't know her name but the manager knows. the manager was super nice to us . she need to learn and go for training or the hotel will loose a lot guests

Unacceptable Sanitation Conditions in Room The condition of the room is far below acceptable cleaning and hygiene standards. The toilet is clogged, and the bathroom has a strong, unpleasant odor. There is visible body hair and stains on the bed sheets. The furniture throughout the room is dirty, stained, and unpleasant to touch. The shower is also dirty and appears poorly maintained. These conditions are unsanitary and not consistent with basic hospitality standards

Beds are comfortable but pillows are very hard. Property in general is showing wear. Patio door for our room was to a shared deck with the room beside us, but it didn’t have a working lock. Not sure why decks with unknown parties would be shared as that is not desirable. Staff were amazing. Nothing but good to say about staff, just property needs maintenance.
