Newly refurbished apartment with a bohemian and refined look where the style of each room and its incredible views of the Caribbean Sea and the Cancun lagoon will make you want to stay forever.

The apartment has a large terrace where you can admire the sunrise or spend fun afternoons with family or friends. It is located on the top of the tallest building in Cancun, that gives you a privileged view of the sea, lagoon, skyline of Cancun and even Isla Mujeres.

The apartment is fully equipped in case you want to cook (blender, coffee machine, microwave, hand blender, waffle maker...) and it also has a cooler and a beach umbrella that you can take to the beach.

We provide unlimited drinking water!

If you are traveling for medical reasons we have available a lazy boy electric chair ideal for your recovery that is free of charge in 10 + night stays (otherwise it has a rental cost) , we are 600 meters distance from Amerimed .

The building is a luxury condo with all the amenities, like gym, pool, jacuzzi, security and parking. There are also playgrounds for children to have fun.

The building has direct access to the biggest shopping mall in the city, Plaza Las Americas, which is in the lower level, here you can go shopping, go to the supermarket, eat in different restaurants, and even go to the movies.

The building is located just 4 minutes away from the hotel zone, where you will find beautiful turquoise beaches, restaurants, bars and luxury shops. The neighborhood is a quiet complex area that is considered the center of the city, near the apartment you can find banks, restaurants, hospitals, exchange houses, pharmacies, and convenience stores.

We also have van rental or small car available so you can visit nearby parks, attractions and places like Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos, Akumal or Tulum (This service is charged separately and is not included in the rental price per night of the apartment).
