Moderna y luminosa casa en alquiler en una comunidad familiar. La casa tiene más de 4000sqft de espacio con mucha luz natural, techos de 10 pies y está perfectamente situado para que pueda disfrutar de la cálida brisa del Caribe. Es perfecto para grupos de amigos o una familia. Hay 3 dormitorios en el segundo piso y un cuarto dormitorio en el tercer piso, cada habitación tiene su propio baño y balcón. La tercera planta tiene una hermosa terraza en la azotea con vistas de 180 grados, tumbonas y un poco de sombra, perfecto para relajarse a cualquier hora del día o de noche. La planta principal es un plan de piso abierto que fluye en el patio trasero con cubierta de madera, sillas de patio, barbacoa y piscina. La comunidad tiene dos entradas cerradas con seguridad 24 horas, 3 parques y senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta por todas partes. Justo en frente de la comunidad, un paseo rápido de 6 minutos, es una plaza de lujo con supermercados, cine, más de 15 restaurantes, 2 salones, un gimnasio y un Starbucks. Céntricamente ubicado a 15 minutos del aeropuerto ya 15 minutos de las playas de Cancún, 25 minutos de Puerto Morelos y 45 minutos de Playa del Carmen.

Very nice home in a gated community

Wonderful neighborhood with walking paths, parks, basketball courts etc. Walking distance to so many great restaurants you won’t know which to choose. Great home.

Complete vacation home

A true vacation home with almost everything you need for visiting guests. Host Karl accommodated our early arrival and late departure within reason. The cleaning staff was very professional and helpful. Main issue he had was security clearance. Yes, the location is in a prominent gated community but because we were traveling via taxi; we (group of 11 ranging from ages 80 to 4) had to walk to the entrance and or wait for shift change security to verify us 2-3 times a day. Also, minor note that kitchen linens were moldy smelling making them unusable and dining table base was wobbly which weren’t deal breakers and manageable. Overall we had a great experience.

Amazing Home

The place looks exactly like the pictures. Clean, spacious, and overall amazing. Beds are are comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped, and the pool/outside area have everything you need to make your stay wonderful. Karl was an excellent host and answered all my text within minutes. He also gave us taxi numbers and provided recommedations. We hired the chef and she was amazing, we recommend and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommend booking this place, you wont be disappointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home for group vacation

Really enjoyed staying at this home! Check in was very easy and stress free. Owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. We had one small problem where the power went out (totally normal if there’s too much stuff turned and and plugged up at once) he responded and fixed the problem very quickly and quietly. The neighborhood is gated and guarded by security 24/7 so my friends and I felt very comfortable and safe at all times. You won’t be disappointed when booking this home.

Prime location-lovely property

Eight of us-adults-stayed here for one night in Cancun before a week in Tulum. Property was perfect for us-4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, very secure gated development. Convenient to downtown and many restaurants. Would definitely stay again and would be good for a longer stay in Cancun The host, Karl, was very helpful and always readily available.

Property was absolutely beautiful! My friends and I had a blast and were very happy with the cleanliness of our home away from home. Awesome place !!

Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us. The property had plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for all 9 of us. We stayed 5days in January ‘22. Cancun was beautiful- location was great. Easy to Taxi to beach etc. Dominos, Pharmacy and Walmart close by for grocery and plenty of food options. Even great Covid testing was available just across street from complex. Complex has awesome security and is very safe !! We had no issues in Cancun except car rental. Car rental was impossible due to lack of people available to clean cars (apparently) but taxis are widely available. Enjoy !!

When we arrived at the house all of the AC's (essentially there is one in every room) were off. It was over 95 out and humid so I called the owner worried that we were going to have to move locations as it was absolutely stifling in the house. He said to turn them all on and it would take a bit to cool off. Let me say firstly that this place isnt cheap, so you expect to walk in to it being at least comfortable. Took about two hours to get even remotely comfortable. There weren't any paper towels in the house, the door under the stairs was open to the outside when we arrived, and things like rusted fixtures in the bathrooms which was a little off putting but not that big a deal and just a few little things that were minor annoyances but again not an inexpensive rental so you expect more of it. We had to move to this location because of a hurricane in Akumal to ride out the storm so we did not want to have to move again and just decided to settle in. The house also leaked water from the windows upstairs in two separate places. The kicker was that one of the bedrooms AC not only never worked, but it was leaking on the bed so one of us had to sleep on a very uncomfortable couch, so the next morning I asked the property manger if he would refund us for that one day as we were going to have to move to find better accommodations. He said no refund and accused us of being "one of those renters that just wants a free day"?? Pretty offended by that remark as it couldnt be further from the truth I have stayed at many many of these homes. Never had an experience like this one and am an excellent renter. Needless to say, do not stay here if you want what is pictured.

Beautiful Home and Neighborhood

Beautiful property. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. The host was able to be reached quickly with any questions and assisted us with quite a few additional thing’s that made our stay extremely enjoyable.

Pool!

Highlights of this property is for sure the pool! We used the pool everyday during our 2 week stay. Off of the pool is an outdoor pool shower and toilet making it even easier to hang outside around the pool. Karl, made check in and our stay extremely easy and connected us with any advice. (We recommend renting a car). The property is located in a private residential community called “Cumbres” that has gated security. Nearby, walking distance is a small shopping center and convenience stores. Having a cleaning person come 2x week was very helpful and made cooking and hanging out at the house even more relaxing. Thank you Karl for making our time súper relaxing !

Exceeded our expectations.

My family had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The pictures on the website did not do the property justice. The home was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and modern. As described the home was 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the beach. The home is located in a secure gated community that is very convenient to shopping. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Cancun Vacation

What an amazingly beautiful house ,with loved the house,with private pool. The house it's locate very convenient across of the shopping center where you have everything you need (Sam's club,supermaket,Starbucks, restaurants,movie theaters etc.it's inside a secure upscale gated community. You have all the cancun attractions and beaches in a 15 minutes driving by car.Karl was very attentive of all our needs. Always quick respond to our request. We have one of our best vacations . We are planing to comeback for the spring. Highly recommended!!!!!!! Best value for our money.
