I recommend this place…Clean and spacious living room, decent rooms, excellent heat and hot water it was our main concern because of the weather, could use some upgrades on the lights and door locks, overall is perfect…… quite Neighborhood… excellent communication with the host(Patrice) he assist us and answered all our questions. Definitely will deal with him again.

Upon arrival we drove up to the address listed on VRBO site, that was NOT the correct address. They did email us the correct one but I assumed the one in the listing was the same. House was generally clean, needs a light in the dining room area, bathroom could use a new vanity and spruce up but for the price and location you can’t beat it.

This house is a fixer upper and needs many updates. For some just going to the Bills game maybe okay but didn’t have doors that locked/closed, kitchen was fairly bare and there were not enough washcloths and rugs were not recently vacuumed /cleaned. There was a window pane with a hole in it. I would not stay here again.

We had plenty of room for our group of 5. The unit was very clean and cute but in need of repair. A window panel fell out and a bedroom door got stuck during our stay.
