Condo had a great location and pool. For the price point I think it should be better maintained. Missing towel bar and busted plastic shower curtain rod. Cable box sticking out of a hole in the wall. Furniture on the deck was in need of replacement. 1 of the chairs ripped and 2 more of the chairs were hanging on by a few threads. On the ground floor it appears some plastic fence posts ripped out by the hurricane were left and jagged pieces of plastic sticking out of the concrete which cut one of my children’s foot.

Great location and property!

We had a wonderful time. Property was great. It's a corner unit, so view is spectacular. Check in, Check out was very easy. Property management was responsive. Bedrooms were a little warmer than other parts of the home. Fan were supplied which worked out perfectly.

Coquina Beach Club stay

Wonderful water view, spectacular sunsets, great terrace, nice privacy. But description should make it clear this is a walk up—5 small flights—not ideal for some people with luggage. Main bedroom is big but dark with limited ventilation— couldn’t make the ceiling fan work. And info on how to work the tv’s should be provided. We never could figure out the one in the (small) living room. Lastly, since the owners warn against damaging the marble tables, they should consider supplying a tablecloth for the dining table rather than just porous mats.

Nice location and private beachfront. Overpriced compared to recent years.

Master bathroom needs updating for the price charged. The top of the fridge was filthy. The icemaker was not working. The rent has doubled for a week compared to recent years that we've stayed. Plenty of comparable locations that are more reasonable.

The location is awesome. Condo was not cleaned and ready until 5:45 pm so was a nightmare for us trying to get settled in. Condo was nice but bathrooms and kitchen appliances Ned updating for this kind of money.

Very nice condo, right on the sand

Beautiful view. Can hear the surf more prominently than we'd thought we would. Great balcony. Nice condo with 2 BR and 2 BA. The L-shaped couch is big enough and flat enough to sleep two more people, if needed. We'll very likely be renting here again.

Paradise, pure paradise!

The property was above and beyond my expectations. Everything was neat, clean, and an abundance of kitchen items, beach items, and general supplies. I could not have had a more perfect vacation! The view, there are no words that can do justice for the view...heaven’s paradise is all I can imagine. Just arrived home today, and I started looking at my schedule to see when I can go back to this jewel by the sea! Thank you to the family that shared their home with me. Merry Christmas, mine has been white for the past 11 days.

Beautiful !!!

Very spacious condo! Loved the view. Plenty of dishes, pans, silverware, etc. also had chairs, umbrella and kids toys for the beach available to use! Would recommend and stay again!
