My stay at the Hyatt Place Resort & Convention Center was amazing! My room was nicely furnished and had many amenities. The atmosphere was so friendly, staff were kind/helpful during check-in, and the lobby was cutely decorated for the Halloween season. The hotel had a gate to exit and enter but you did have to purchase a $40 parking pass to park in the underground structure of the hotel, or the parking spots on top. But overall, the hotel was amazing and was conveniently by so many things (Disneyland, Target , In n Out, A shopping mall) Really enjoyed my stay and I hope you do to!

Our stay at Hyatt Place Anaheim Resort / Convention Center was average. While the location is convenient, not all staff members were friendly or helpful, and there seemed to be some communication gaps. The hotel does not provide daily room cleaning, which wasn’t clearly communicated in advance. We requested for daily cleans when our rooms were not cleaned on Day 1. We had to request a crib four times before it was finally arranged, even though it had been requested during booking. There was no kettle in the room, though staff did provide a microwave as an alternative. When we inquired about bus services to Disneyland, the staff had limited information, which was disappointing given the hotel’s proximity to the park. Additionally, no complimentary water bottles were provided — we were told we needed to sign up to receive two bottles per day. Overall, it was an average stay. The hotel has potential but could certainly improve in terms of communication, guest service, and basic amenities.

We liked staying at the Hyatt for its convenient location but there are not many dining options close by. We also thought the bed was very uncomfortable being too soft and firm at the same time.

Great value for a 2 nights, and breakfast was a plus! Rooms are very relaxing and modern. I appreciated the cleanliness and the bathroom amenities. Staff at front desk were very welcoming. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time! Would highly recommend for Disney trips since Toy Story bus shuttles were less than 10 min walking.
