I love this property for the most part it is clean but the rooms need a good deep clean but overall the people who work here are super nice and friendly. Parking is included and the walk to Disney and CA isn’t bad

Perfect place to stay!

We are a family of 5. We got the family suite with the bunk beds, big hit with the kiddos. Each kid got to sleep one night on the top bunk and would alternate between the bottom bunk and the pull out sofa. The sofa bed was not too comfy for an adult to sleep in but ok for a small child as the mattress is thin and flimsy. The beds all were comfortable. Only downside was that there was limited parking spaces. Plus side was that very close to Disney parks. About 20 minutes to walk to the park. We were able to walk to the Toy Story parking lot and get the free shuttle to Disneyland in about 10 minutes. We were told there was also a shuttle that stops in front of the hotel that takes you to the parks for $2 per person but we decided to just do the free shuttle. We even got to enjoy the pool. Spa was heated and pool water was just right. Will stay here again

My stay was amazing, very close to Disneyland the walk was a long block away from Disneyland but overall very close and worth it especially if you have children, this was my second time staying and planning to stay again on the next Disneyland trip

Portofino review

Great location, but the property feels very dated. It had an unpleasant smell and wasn’t very comfortable. Fine for a one-night stay, but it’s definitely in need of renovation soon
