Parking was very limited but parking was provided. Housekeeping was pushy asking us if the room was ready for cleaning before checking out and very loud in the hallway too early and they tried to enter my room at 8 am when check out is at 11 am if i didnt have the latch on the door they would have entered. Not good. Some of the towels were stained. I did tell the front desk. I usually dont comment or complained but I had too i was really tired and didnt expect my door to be opened so early. Made me feel rushed.

The pool was heated and hot tub hot ! We had a kids bunk bed and king bed sleeping our family of 5 and it was very spacious and comfortable. It’s an older building that looks like it’s been renovated quite a few times and continues to be, but over all cost and amenities was a good match.

This is an excellent hotel to stay at if you’re going to Disney. Rooms are large and well laid out for families. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room is very convenient as well. There is a small outdoor pool and hot tub my kids enjoyed during our downtime. The down side is it is starting to show wear and tear. The curtain rod separating the kids bunks from the main room was broken which made it difficult to open and shut the sliding doors. There is also no breakfast provided (which we were aware of during booking) so that is an expense that adds up quickly with 4 kids. We also were visiting during a cheer event in mid February and the teens were running around until past midnight playing Nicky Nicky nine doors and beating on doors which woke our room up multiple nights in a row. It was rather disappointing to see the lack of supervision and respect for other guests with small kids. Overall I would definitely book again but I would be more cautious of dates and overlapping events in the area.

Just beware when you book here, they will try to cancel your reservation if they can rent it out for more. I booked my reservation in June through Orbitz for a February trip. I received emails the week leading up to it, but when I got there they said that Orbitz failed to send over the confirmation. They said sorry, but wouldn't offer to help. they said there were no rooms left. I called Orbitz and Orbitz confirmed confirmations are sent automatically and that they did get it. I asked to speak to a manager, but they said none was on duty. When my husband reached over the counter to grab the manager's card, the man at the desk slapped his hand away. My husband said he was calling the Attorney General's office to report Price gouging, only then did the manager miraculously appear and not only did they have a room, they gave us the option of where we wanted the room. First floor... second...near the pool...near the street. Totally shady and unprofessional. Not to mention, our heater wasn't working in the room. We requested it be repaired, they sent a handyman who didn't speak any English, he came in and turned it from on to off.... obviously, that didn't fix the problem. So, just be prepared to have to argue with the staff. That being said, it is conveniently close to the convention center and Downtown Disney, so I would stay again. But I will go in prepared with all my documention again so they can't try to pull their games again.

The room was nice and overall it was worth the price I paid. Being on the 5th floor, it was noisy with cars, ambulances, etc., so loud we thought the windows were open.
