The room was not friendly. No place to set luggage for accessibility. No waste containers. Nice bathroom but the main room was cramped. Very noisy place. Shelf over toilet was a multi-time head knocker. Food availability very limited and expensive. Do not recommend staying in Old Town Albuquerque.

The Arrive was well apportioned: room, pool, restaurant, bar etc. The problem was the constant loud music from downstairs way past 10 pm and the surrounding area: too many cars/trucks revving their engines; sirens and someone screaming until the police showed up.

Loved the retro vibe and since the hotel is relatively new, it didn't feel like the place was run down, which great. Staff were nice, even at 4am when I went to use the gym. Gym was small yet functional. Grown Alchemist products in the room were a nice touch. In room steamer for clothes were a lifesaver. Didn't touch the mini bar because $13 bottle water is laughable. Went to the market to buy snacks for the room instead. The price isn't justified when other amenities like coffee are severely lacking. The biggest letdown is the lack of hot water for tea/coffee in the room and lobby. Java Joe's is in walking distance and the restaurant within the hotel that opens at 7am has coffee and tea. I will not return here nor recommend to others based on this alone.

Hotel very nice and fun. I got to this hotel very late. The area does not give a safe feeling but the hotel is good. Staff was helpful getting these very tired travelers checked in and sent to their room. They offered valet parking to a secure area for an extra $25, that made us feel better. Our feels are hotel great/area not so much.

Overall good, but could improve

The room looked as described, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I consider this to be most important and with that beign said... there are other things that could improve or hopefully help someone else make a decision. the valet service was not efficient, they took forever to get the car, but I don't think it is the workers fault, it is the system. They wait for you to tip online before they get the car. Our rooms were on the 6th floor, facing west, we stayed Fri-Sat nights. It was very loud at night, cars, people, sirens at times. I recommend a noise machine and earplugs. The fridge is stuffed with mini bar items, so there was no room for our stuff. We did not get to enjoy the pool since we were not there long, but it did look very nice. The property itself did feel safe-ish, with security on site. The area was nice, surrounded by a lot of activity at night.

Traffic noise was impossible

Clean room but the noisy traffic was unbearable. Impossible to sleep. Anyone opening and closing their door was very loud as well. Booked a king bed but was given two doubles. They switched without calling so we “wouldn’t lose our reservation”. I would rather have cancelled and gone somewhere else but that was not an option. Worst experience I have had yet!!

Staff was great as soon as i walked in. They explained the amenities like the bar and restaurant, gym, pool/bar, and art gallery inside. Gym was really small though. The restaurant food was really good. I dont know what they do to the water but their water is one of the best tasting. My room was a good size and very clean. They have stocked snacks and alcohol in the room but a little pricey. Not unusual though. I was bummed that there was no microwave. Wifi and tv were rock solid. For parking, I parked in the street since the valet was $25 a night. The area can be a little sketch but no incident. It gets very noisy at night with the cars racing but i can sleep through anything. On Saturday mornings there is an awesome Farmers Market in the park across the street. Great stuff. It was easy to walk around to the downtown convention and other restaurants and bars. I would stay again.
