The hotel staff was amazing, from the valet parking to the front desk to the restaurant/bar. The hotel was located in a great spot near some good restaurants, but we really didn't have to venture out because the one within the hotel had excellent food and a great happy hour. We will definitely go back.

Truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Convenient dining/drinking nearby. Convenient free parking nearby, and as a former resident of the city was happy to see this location is thriving again.

This was a beautiful property! We are planning a girls trip. We stayed here overnight on the way home. The staff was amazing and very helpful. They even changed my rooms with ease. The best 3 words to describe is it’s beautiful, clean and beds are soft.

Beware!- Very Costly!

No parking unless you pay $25 valet parking each night- but you can park across the street next to a homeless camp. Plus rooms have no amenities except $6 candy bars and $10 beers. Plus no luggage rack for your luggage. Bathroom had black hairs all over it plus the floor had dog hair EVERYWHERE! And few lights- the room was so dark!

Too expensive for what it was

The hotel was right across the street from a small park that had so many homeless people. The only parking was next to the park with druggies/homeless people so we had to valet for $28 a night. And I use “valet” loosely. The valet attendant gave me my keys to walk to the back parking lot to get my car the first night. Don’t call it valet if you have to get your own car. The floor of the room was very dirty. It was windy and was probably blown in from outside; nonetheless, it was very dirty.

Horribly understaffed. Large hotel with only 1 person at front desk most of the time. Most that I interacted with were really nice and you could tell they were trying to make things work. But the noise issues are severe and when I contacted the front desk about children screeching while running around the floor at 2…AM! I was told to use the complimentary earplugs stocked in the room. Homeless encampment across the street, which spills over to the hotel. Rooms are nice. Restaurant serves some decent food Pool area is nice. Loud music starts at the pool at 7:30 am and goes to about 10:30.

This hotel was recently updated and was very funky - it looked great. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by service issues. We had to contact the desk three times to have someone address our non-flushing toilet. It stopped working again the morning we were leaving and luckily I had asked the last person who came to "fix" it what he did, and he showed me. There was loud music outside our room at night and in the morning. When I asked what the source of the loud music was outside the hotel at 7:30 am, I was told it was music coming from the outdoor pool and that I could use earplugs if it was disturbing me - keeping in mind that there was no one at the pool at 7:30 am. The hotel is trying to manage without phones and a texting system. When I texted my question about the loud music, I didn't receive a response for an hour. Finally, there is valet parking at the hotel, in a fenced in parking lot right next to the hotel. You are able to let them know that you want your car via text, but it was unexplainably slow. I booked this hotel based on the great reviews on Expedia, but when I went back and looked, there were only 16 reviews since the hotel re-opened after renovations. I get that maybe there are some glitches still to be worked out, but I would have been more sympathetic if someone had told me that upfront. Still, the toilet not working three days in a row is a dealbreaker for me. Apart from all that, the staff people that we interacted with directly were lovely.

What sold me on choosing this place was that they had a restaurant downstairs. We had been driving literally all day and didn’t want to venture out in the cold with hungry tired kids. I recommend making a reservation to the DWNTR to make it easy for everyone because it gets crowded in peak hours. The food is great for shareables and they offer a variety of kinds of foods. The pop corn shrimp and crunchy tacos were some of the favorites. My kids enjoyed playing on the jukebox as well. Our room was on the top floor (which I love). I can see how the sounds from the city could bother some but we sleep with a white noise machine and were so tired it didn’t even bother us. The room was cozy, beds more on the harder side (which I love for my back), very clean, and offer a variety of snacks and drinks if that’s something you like. We needed extra towels and they were promptly brought up after a quick easy text. Staff was super friendly and I felt completely safe. We are talking about hitting this place up on our way back home because we want to explore the area and really enjoyed our experience.

Definitely worth staying at! Their rooms separate themselves from other hotels in the Albuquerque downtown area, just the overall design of their rooms is nice and modern, and are well-equipped. They do have a strict NO SMOKING policy which to me was refreshing to know. Also, the restaurant at the bottom didn’t fail to impress either, their food and service overall are great, and would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

No staff, no service. Broken elevator

Only 1 person on staff on a saturday. Main elevator broken now for 2-3 days. She put me in the WORST room on property. I had to return wayyyyy back to the front desk wt luggage to ask for a decent room. Food left around there by other guests, no one picked it up for a day.
