Excellent Experience

I recently had major surgery and cannot climb stairs. Somehow my request for a ground floor got lost in the shuffle. But upon check in we were switched to ground floor with no problems. Room was spacious, clean, and handicap accessible.

Lack of customer service, very unprofessional. The room smelled like cigarette smell. I don’t smoke, so this was a terrible experience for me. The reservation was clearly for a non-smoking room. I will never ever stay there again in my life.

I was in a room without a heater and hot for 2 days and 2 nights. I addressed the issues the the very 5 mins upon arrival and was told we'll get our maintenance to fix. I'd ask to change rooms but the front was rude and refuse to change rooms. Finally on day two maintenance said they would finally change me rooms. Only reason i stay because we were sharing a company vehicle. Never again.

Well, I hate this but the key didn't work in my first room. Then they only gave one key to the second room. The sink had hot water but not the bath, no light bulbs, and no breakfast. The sheets were marvelous, but there was a mysterious wet spot on the carpet.
