I was going to switch rooms for a weekly rate but when I walked in the room that the cleaning lady was cleaning there was ants and roaches climbing all over in the bed look like something someone pulled out of a dumpster very dirty
So dirty and everything was broken. Dirty rags left in room. Stains on bed and tub. Ashes on bed. Stunk. I’ve tons of pictures to prove it. Staff was so rude to people. After I complemented her she was nice to me but so mean to others.
I couldn’t use this facility because the room had flies all over. I don’t see anyone trying to get some rest while having flies all over your face. I didn’t use the facility and I will like to get my money back on my credit card. Thank you.

It was terrible they didn't come to clean the room. they didnt give us new towels. The place smells really bad. It said that theire pool was open online but when we got there they said it was closed so pretty much didnt update the site about the pool being closed. Things gotta change if you want guests to come back to your hotel again. I believe you can make the change do the right. I know it hard right now do to covid-19. But you can some changes while keeping your business essential. Im sorry for giving you bad review but thats how i feel about spending the 2 nights at your hotel. I believe you and your hotel try to make it more worth coming back to.

Customer service was good, I requested quiet room and she provided one in the back. You do have to drive all the way back to get to room. The room had an odor, musty mixed with smoke. It’s non smoking but I doubt everyone follows the rules. My power went out so the hotel served its purpose. Continental breakfast had barely any food but not a deal killer.
This place is horrible and not safe drug dealer dealing in front of people
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean pool was clean. Nice location. Only downside was the vending machine was taking everyone’s money but we found it hilarious after the 3/4 person. Use the vending machine by the office and you’ll be fine. Beach is 20 mins away and thr mall is 15. Go to shaking crab which is also about 15 mins away it’s amazing 😉

Due to Covid-19 Housekeepers are unable to attend to room while guest's are inside, the pool is unfortunately closed as well due to covid guidelines. We do appreciate your honest feedback and will take this review into consideration moving forward.
