The property was filthy, noisy, and sketchy. The room was very dirty with unknown stains on the vinyl flooring and bedside table. The air conditioner had mold in it with debris and crayons jammed in the grate. The room was malodorous of weed and cigarettes. The linen had cigarette burns in it. The curtains were broke and the door had a 1 inch opening at the bottom - a bug crawled into the room from outside. We checked out and received a refund shorty after check-in. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and understanding.
The area was nice. The stove in my room did not work well and the Air Conditioner barely cooled the room.
Room Smells cigarette though I am on a non-smoking unit.
This is a non smoking hotel but soon as I opened the door I smelled smoke and cinnamon cloths smelled like smoke after being in there for 5 minutes went to front office and the lady said did I spark one up in here and I told here during check in I don’t smoke also there was dust and Cobb Webb’s every where as if nobody’s been cleaning the rooms out had cigarette burns on the night stand next to the bed but it’s a non smoke room the kitchen had no pots or pans no tuple whare so yeah prolly want be staying there again....
We were only in town for 1 night. The hotel was perfect for the short stay.
, room was small, bed was hard, construction site view,, breakfast area was in the lobby which was very small however there was a McDonald's very close by..the area was nice, close to shops and eateries..beach was 10 minutes away. Returned back to my room to notice the dresser was pulled out away from the wall..per front desk, the exterminator had been in the room..there was no notice given..didn't see bugs during my stay until the day I checked out and saw a strange black bug in the bathroom..water pressure in the shower was terrible
We enjoyed our time at the Extended Stay America. The rooms were modern and clean, perfect place for a couple nights. The only complaint I had was that the air conditioner was too close to the bed, and the comforter was just a bed cover, not an actual blanket.
To be 3 storys and no elevator suck. To go up all the stairs with luggage not cool. Room is ok but fridge had a bad smell and bathroom too small.
Internet was terrible Bed was hard as a rock TV was terrible Had to pay extra to get any of the stuff you stay at extended stay for AC was noisy and terrible
No frills, but if you are in it for the long run, there is a full sized refrigerator, a microwave, a 2 burner stove top, a sink for dishes, and ample cabinet space. A coffee maker would be nice. TV worked well, and a nice table for the laptop for conducting business. The La-Z-Boy was comfortable as well. Bathroom is tight, but what else do you do in there except Sit, Shower, & Shave?
The hotel definitely met our standards. Although 10 miles from the oceanfront, it was an excellent 'base' to start and end each day with. It is very close to many off-beach restaurants and shopping centers. I recommend it.
