The breakfast attendant seemed like she didn’t want to be there, wasn’t friendly, and got annoyed when you ask her for items that should be available. She was cleaning around the food with air freshener spray. I had to ask every morning for hot cups and more hot food to be added. She was putting chairs up way before breakfast was supposed to be finished. The over night person Christian was nasty, unhelpful, & very short like we were annoying them by asking if we could add an extra night. I wound up having to book the extra night on line because they were rude and impatient. The mattress was an old spring mattress and the pillows were so old they were lumpy. The cleaning attendants went over and beyond folding the paper towels into roses and the towels were folded into designs. That was appreciated. The room was clean. The woman who checked me in and out at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, & very helpful.
Finally met my expectations, because safe and quite were what I needed
The bed was comfortable but there was a strong odor of bug spray

Dated room. No USB ports. No empty power outlets near desk or bed. Inconsistent WiFi. If you need to rely on WiFi, do not stay here. Room had musty odor. Smallest and thinnest bath towels.

I went on Friday February 26 to this location with my family and have the worst experience in this hotel/location first the service on front desck by Larry and a maintenance woman give me hard time very difficult and unprofessional and disrespectful the room was dirty and smell like wet dog ac unit stinks really bad, front desck people looks like they’re was drunk they didn’t cooperate with nothing,everything in the room was dirty,Also they didn’t wore FACE MASK not precautions not SAFETY knowing we still on PANDEMIC,nothing was sanitize. I went to front desck and tell them that I didn’t want to stay with my kids and wife in a place like this and on this condition that I want to cancel the reservation and get my money back to get another hotel for the night because I drove from Jacksonville and was really late but Larry didn’t want to cancel the reservation and was really disrespectful ,rude and aggressive voice/to me and my wife treated us like immigrants they were very RACIS. Also call the cops on mi because they found fake money on the firts room they give us they acuse me for having fake money and the money said on the back that was fake and only for play games bought them on dólar tree-for my children it’s was really bad treat at this point I just want to make sure no one go tru same situations with this raysist persons on this location worsts weekend ever
Staff was friendly... room and property was clean... good location
Too much people whitout mask agaist Covid and even reached front desk and personal of hotel didnt say anything to them. I felt unsecure. People with out mask enter in elevators , more than three or four and i had to go out upset.
I liked the parking, free breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable room.
It's hard to truly judge a hotel during these strange times but my family felt safe and comfortable here during our recent stay. Breakfast was bagged with a cereal, breakfast bar, and muffins. Milk, juice and coffee were available all available. All shared areas (lobby, pool, fitness, etc.) were clean and taken care of. They did not clean our room while we were staying and we were informed this would be the case when we arrived. That was good with us. The front desk provided fresh towels, trash bags, and other things as needed. Housekeeping picked up the trash everyday when it was placed outside the room. I would recommend this hotel to others.
