Great Location and excellent Host.

Location on Venice Island close to everything from shopping, dinner and the Beach. Sam was an excellent host by answering all questions and helped as soon as I texted. Thanks for everything

A Perfect Get Away if you are 55 and over!

This property was easy to rent! The owner was helpful in making us feel welcome. We stayed January and February... a great get away for the winter! The neighbors were very friendly. It is in a great Venice location near the ocean and the city park.

Nicely decorated however.....

Furniture was as pictured, however unit was smaller then expected. Shower water pressure was low and water in the house had an odor and unable to drink without filtration. Which was provided by way of Britta water pitcher keep in refrigerator. Location was nice, expect noice and occasional fuel odor from airport. Nice community overall.
