Comfort Inn Downtown Vancouver

Nice location with easy access to most of Vancouver by foot. About 10 minute walk from the metro. I'd stay there again. Tip-if you're room is on the street side, it can be noisy at night due to the nightlife.

Hotel was clean. Location good. Bathroom had no ventilation. Walls very thin and bite located above Irish bar. Loud music pounded through until 3am.

Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We were attending an event at the Commodore Ballroom and it was only a block away. Nice enough accommodations for the price. I would stay there again.

The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Location is very good to downtown.

Excellent staff, nice attached restaurant. Room was big and had double sets of windows to cut down on outside noise.

pleasant. no problems. nothing special, nothing bad. slept well. convenient.

Billing issues over $20. Manger wants to stand tough. Hey hotel manager, you win, we lose, Comfort Inn losses customer. Please enjoy your $20... on us, your ex-customer!

Rooms cramped but expected this for city center and price. One of the cleanest hotels in which ever stayed.

Great location, definitely worth asking price. Clean rooms, very friend staff, and convenience in within walking distance of countless bars, restaurants, city life. Only complaint is that the walls are paper thin and everything can be heard.

This is a downtown hotel in a very busy entertainment district. It can get noisy at night, particularly on weekends. There's an Irish pub as part of the hotel, just for starters. So not the place for peaceful solitude, but that's not the hotel's fault -- it's just reality. The hotel itself is fine in all respects, with courteous staff and clean if a tad cosy rooms. At this price level, you'd be hard-pressed to do better, and the location is fantastic. Skip the breakfast buffet (meh) and get out and explore.

All was well, except the coffee maker didn't work. I reported it in the morning, and in the eve. when we got back to the hotel, it still didn't work. After another phone call, it was replaced soon. Very convenient location. All went very well.

Staff was excellent.Location in downtown was convenient to all attractions we were interested in.They upgraded us to a room with a sofa bed because there were no available roll away beds and that was pretty cool.Room was clean.I would recommend this hotel.

Great location, walking distance to the Canucks game, friendly staff.

The hotel overall was nice, not amazing but a good deal. The location was great; there was plenty within walking distance.

This was a great hotel for the price, I was very impressed. The location was great, we were close to everything downtown. We were able to get to the train pretty quickly from our hotel. We saw a really good concert and ate good sushi! The room was a little small but the bed was comfy and the bathroom was great. The decor was nice and it was very clean. The lobby could be noisy at night due to the bar being attached, but it was very quiet in our room. There was a safe we could use for free, the lobby was beautiful with computers we could use. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only 2 downsides were there wasn't a complimentary breakfast and not a lot of channel variety with the tv. Other than that my friend and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I got this hotel for a good deal and the stay is worth for the money I paid. I like the the rooms are very clean, walkable distance to most of the places and parking is free.

Easy access to all major sites! It has free parking.

Stayed one night at the hotel. It was close to downtown so it was convenient.

My friend and I stayed one night here. The hotel is in a great location in downtown, within walking distance to the sports venues. The free parking was also very nice. The room was small. even with only two of us it was just a tight fit. But it is a good value for the money.

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey regarding your stay at our hotel. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness of our rooms. We would like to sincerely apologize for the noise issues. Unfortunately, being located in the entertainment district and a historic building, our lower floors can be noise at times during the weekends.I hope you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
