Comfort Inn Downtown Vancouver

3.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

The last few times I've traveled to Vancouver I've stayed at this location every time I've been very satisfied. A 20 minute walk and your at the Convention Ctr. which I find very convenient.

Hotel staff has let me down with their recommendations. Belmont bar is a big let down.

Experience is good.. I did not find anything to comment much on this property. But they should provide breakfast for free rather than charging 10$

One of the best front desk staffs I have encountered in any hotel- friendly, smiling, helpful, very guest oriented. On other areas, it is a pleasant hotel, good location, at a reasonable price

Staff was friendly and helpful. Went out of their way!!! Hotel building was older but recently renovated. Our room was great, comfortable and clean.

Nice clean hotel close to the Cruise line ports. We just stayed overnight before our cruise the next morning.

Nice location with easy access to most of Vancouver by foot. About 10 minute walk from the metro. I'd stay there again. Tip-if you're room is on the street side, it can be noisy at night due to the nightlife.

Hotel was clean. Location good. Bathroom had no ventilation. Walls very thin and bite located above Irish bar. Loud music pounded through until 3am.

Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We were attending an event at the Commodore Ballroom and it was only a block away. Nice enough accommodations for the price. I would stay there again.

The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Location is very good to downtown.

Excellent staff, nice attached restaurant. Room was big and had double sets of windows to cut down on outside noise.

pleasant. no problems. nothing special, nothing bad. slept well. convenient.

Billing issues over $20. Manger wants to stand tough. Hey hotel manager, you win, we lose, Comfort Inn losses customer. Please enjoy your $20... on us, your ex-customer!

Rooms cramped but expected this for city center and price. One of the cleanest hotels in which ever stayed.

Great location, definitely worth asking price. Clean rooms, very friend staff, and convenience in within walking distance of countless bars, restaurants, city life. Only complaint is that the walls are paper thin and everything can be heard.

This is a downtown hotel in a very busy entertainment district. It can get noisy at night, particularly on weekends. There's an Irish pub as part of the hotel, just for starters. So not the place for peaceful solitude, but that's not the hotel's fault -- it's just reality. The hotel itself is fine in all respects, with courteous staff and clean if a tad cosy rooms. At this price level, you'd be hard-pressed to do better, and the location is fantastic. Skip the breakfast buffet (meh) and get out and explore.

All was well, except the coffee maker didn't work. I reported it in the morning, and in the eve. when we got back to the hotel, it still didn't work. After another phone call, it was replaced soon. Very convenient location. All went very well.

Staff was excellent.Location in downtown was convenient to all attractions we were interested in.They upgraded us to a room with a sofa bed because there were no available roll away beds and that was pretty cool.Room was clean.I would recommend this hotel.

Great location, walking distance to the Canucks game, friendly staff.
