Welcome to Morningstar Shores, a beautifully renovated three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home perfectly situated in the heart of Union Pier. This charming getaway offers the ideal blend of comfort, space, and location—just steps from downtown shops and restaurants and only a few blocks from Lake Michigan’s beautiful beaches.

As you enter, you’re greeted by a warm and inviting dining area that’s perfect for family dinners or game nights. The living room features two distinct sitting areas: one centered around a cozy fireplace and the other designed for relaxing with a movie or enjoying views of the yard through a large picture window. A small table provides the perfect space for children to play games, color, or read a book. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee maker, toaster, and popcorn maker. Each bedroom is spacious and thoughtfully appointed. The primary suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, and the third offers a full bed along with two twin bunk beds—ideal for families or larger groups. Just off the living and dining area, a beautiful four-season room invites you to relax and unwind. This bright and airy space opens to a large outdoor deck overlooking the yard, complete with a gas grill, fire pit, and plenty of seating for outdoor dining or lounging. The front driveway and entrance is perfect for family fun, with a basketball hoop and room for little ones to ride their bikes or trikes or enjoy your coffee in the front screened porch.

Morningstar Shores is ideally located for exploring all that Union Pier has to offer. Take a short stroll to Union Pier Market for essentials, enjoy coffee and pastries at Blackcurrant Bakehouse, or grab lunch at Milda’s or Union Pier Social. Be sure to stop by Neon Moon for gelato or rent bikes and paddleboards at Red Arrow Ride for your day at the beach. For a relaxing afternoon, visit Round Barn Tasting Room or St. Julian Winery, both just minutes away. Downtown New Buffalo is also a quick five-minute drive, offering even more dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.
Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
