I complete hours of research before booking or purchasing anything. When my husband and I decided to visit Colorado for our 20 year anniversary, we decided to drive to Atlanta and stay the night a day in advance and leave our car parked somewhere. I read about all the high rates in regards to outrageous parking fees at most airport hotels and decided to research more options. I found this gem: Quality Inn – “UNION CITY” – a little further away from the airport but I felt it was a good deal considering the fact that we could leave our car parked at the hotel and be driven to and from the airport. The service was outstanding! The hotel was very clean and the girls who work there are fun and professional. Enjoyed talking with Jennifer, April and the sweet lady who is the breakfast queen. The ride to and from the airport was smooth even when we arrived at 1:30 am, we were greeted by “V” who helped us with our bags and got us safely back to our vehicle. I highly recommend this hotel which seems to be run more like a bed and breakfast – how refreshing! FYI: if you are leaving your car you must make reservations directly through the hotel – I had reserved thru hotels.com and had to cancel that reservation and make a new one to be eligible for the parking/shuttle service.
This was an end of day stopover in a long drive. The hotel is very conveniently located for this type trip. The desk clerk (April) was bright , smiling, and competent. Her cheerfulness was a pleasant experience after a long day. The hotel is older, but was very clean and well appointed. The area around has all of the establishments that a traveler would normally need. I would stay there again and would recommend to others.
This hotel is very clean and make you feel at home. Jennifer is a great manager who make sure the rooms are clean and will help the staff work. Very impressed with this Hotel. April Oh so so sweet and helpful, she go above and beyond.. One of the last of its kind who actually care about returning customer and Quality as it name say... Good job you guys....
We chose this hotel because staying a night and parking our car was cheaper than just leaving our car at the international lot. The hotel was clean and everything worked. What makes this place special is the friendly folks who work there. Jennifer and April were so kind and cheerful it was a pleasure just to be near them.
We stayed at this hotel because that had free 15 day parking and courtesy van to the airport. The room was clean and in good shape. The service was great. The van was waiting for us both from the hotel and upon our return, and it was clean. The drivers were both friendly and efficient. The parking space was undercover. We will stay here again if flying.
This was a great option for us to park for 14 days and spend one night at the hotel at a great price. Hotel is average but the staff is awesome. Very attentive, courteous and helpful. Shuttle worked out very well - we arrived back in Atlanta at 11pm and it was there to greet us! This is an good economic alternative to park & fly!
I love using this service when we travel but have found some really bad ones, I will always use this quality inn when flying out of Atlanta in the future. The staff is friendly and the shuttle is prompt
Ms. April was the best part of the whole trip. That women needs a pay raise for all the things she does for people. She is the very fashionable lady at the front desk. she was very understanding, kind, friendly, compassionate, with a great sense of humor to top it all off. :3 I stayed for 2 nights. I was very far away from home with a dead car in a place I didn't know and I had 3 people, a baby, and a dog with me, with little money. They let us park in the back and work on the car for 2 or 3 days, park a trailer with all our stuff, and offered us a the hotel mechanic to help (because the only open mechanic shop in town was questionable at first) and they let us use the computer all hours of the night. There was a heated indoor pool which was great also.
Ms. April was the best part of the trip. She welcomed us to the hotel and she was very very nice. I was blown away. Ms. Jenifer on the other hand was not so nice. We were nice enough to go outside and smoke, but on the way in she smelt the smoke and she got on our butts. she was being over dramatic about the smell. overall a great stay.
Stayed here recently and it was really a great experience. You get great value for the cost, and the customer service was awesome. The general manager Jennifer Wallace is helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcome. They also have an indoor pool!
