It is few minutes drive to Seaway Mall, Niagara College-Welland Campus, Pen Centre, Outlet Mall, Brock University, St. Catherine’s, Niagara Falls, Port Colborne, services and the beaches. You’ll enjoy the peaceful, quiet, friendly and family-oriented neighborhood.
Room is fully furnished with bed, beddings, sheets, lamp and side table. It has stand-up shower with glass door, jacuzzi, mirror and bathroom cabinet. It has a walk-in closet, fridge, cabinet and study table.
You’ll enjoy the wide window where you can see the green grass in the backyard and beautiful houses of neighbors.
Room is in the second floor adjacent to the laundry room. Kitchen, dining and living rooms are shared and are located in the first floor of the main unit.

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and quiet. The host Elsa was very friendly and went the extra yard to get things we needed. They do have a couple students living there which were very friendly and you share the kitchen with. The price was right, and close to everything you need.
