We booked the stay last minute ahead of our trip to Niagara Falls for New Years Eve so we could get ahead of a winter storm. It ended being a highlight of the trip, my kids declared it the best breakfast ever and they loved everything about the hotel. While it’s not right in Niagara Falls, it’s very close by and equally close to many other fun attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely book this hotel again.

The room was spotless and very well maintained, though the amenities felt a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades. The entrance was impressive, and the rooms themselves were lovely. With some improvements to the room walls and amenities like the air conditioning, the experience would be even better. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The build-your-own pizzas at the restaurant were delicious, and Shasha was very helpful in guiding us through the ordering process and assisting us at the InPiazza restaurant.

The room I was in needs updating. The couch and chair was very uncomfortable to sit in, but I must stay that the mattress on the bed was good and I did have a good sleep. But the biggest joke was charging five dollars for parking in your car in an empty parking lot You wanna charge five dollars for parking in your car then I will not be coming back
