Very clean, well matained, laundry, spacious, very well located for Niagara Falls and surrounding area. Derick was great with responding to my questions. Quiet area, easy to find. Garage was to small for our SUV. Driveway parking was nice. Most people park on the street. Definitely recommend.

Very nice place. The beds were very comfortable. The full kitchen was so nice, but the dishes, cups, serving bowls and utensils were very limited. We had to buy a pizza pan because there were no sheet plans to cook on. We loved the washer/dryer and there was laundry detergent and fabric softener available for use.

Super clean, spacious three bedroom house located within minutes from Lundy Manor wine cellars.

From the comfortable beds, spacious open concept main floor, two full and one half bathroom this made a great choice for our family to enjoy for a home base for our sons wedding. Super clean, nice and bright. Ample parking. Kitchen has stove, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. Host Deryk is very friendly and responsive.

Amazing stay!

This home is exactly as described and more! The place was pristine and had plenty of space for everyone. We especially appreciated the x-box when we had two little visitors. The location, the home, the property - everything was exactly as described and so convenient for visiting the area (plenty of wineries and so close to Niagara). Thanks Deryk for being such an incredible host!!
