Very large room. Beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was super spacious. The only problem was the room felt damp, but leaving the ceiling fan on helped. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. When we were late for breakfast, they let us help ourselves to a few items that was easy to get yo.
Everything was nice and clean. When you walked into the room, however, there was a very unpleasant odor. The hallway and eveywhere else had a pleasant scent.
No complaints. It has everything we needed. Hubby took advantage of the golf course, at a reduced rate due to the fact that it's in the process of being improved, so he was happy. We were pleasantly surprised to find sausage and eggs available for breakfast.
I booked months in advance. One week prior I called to ask if I could bring my dog...the front staff said yes. When I arrived at 11:00 pm, they ended up calling and had me talking to the owner who was rude and told me I was welcome to go elsewhere. He told me he needed to move me and charge me more money. I was willing to pay a pet fee, but not a higher room rate. He also basically called me a liar and said he “knew” his people would never tell me I could bring my dog if there were no pet rooms available. I had other pet options, so I would NOT have brought the dog if it was a problem. The front counter girls were very nice, but the owner was not a nice person!

My room was comfortable. It was a good stay. There was easy parking in front.
It was farther away from Tallahassee than i thought. My bed was comfortable. The breakfast was limited and i thought the scrambled eggs tasted funny. I couldnt finish them. The front desk was friendly and helpful, as was the lady in charge of breakfast.

Nothing about this hotel was exceptional except the price. It was exactly like a million places I’ve stayed just twice the price.
Perfect place to stay while exploring the gulf coast and all its beauty. The only reason we give it a 4 instead of 5 star rating is because there were some spots on the carpet, the bathtub stopper wouldn’t stay up, and the air conditioner unit was dripping onto the carpet on our last day. NONE of those things took away from the fact that the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and smelled good, and the staff was very gracious and responsive. Definitely highly recommend and would stay here again!
Older hotel that certainly needs updating. No luggage carts were available even though the staff says they have 3 of them!! The staff member even tried to locate thank but couldn't find even one. Very noisy light/fan in the bathroom. Lumping bed, smelling hallway and room. Was convenient to my destination. Excellent seafood restaurant next door.
