PSU-Happy Valley Cottage

This adorable cottage style house is located just minutes from Penn State University, 8 miles from Beaver Stadium, 6 miles from Penns Cave, 3 miles from Grange Fair and Peoples Choice Arts Featival! Lock Haven University and Historic Bellefonte are a stones throw away! Enjoy your stay in this quiet neighborhood close to all of your Happy Valley destinations!
All necessities are included with a full kitchen, pots and pans, linens, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
There is a double bed in bedroom one, a queen size bed in the next bedroom, a double futon in third room, two couches in the living room with ottomans that, when pushed together, can sleep two adults or one adult and two children. A futon on the enclosed back porch adds a space for two more (this one is so comfortable!) if more space is needed, an inflatable bed is available, just ask!

There is a ring doorbell on the front and back door for enhanced safety.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
