The weather stripping and door trim on the room door was not a good seal you can see the hallway through the doorseal from the doorknob to the carpet. Privacy breach. Telephone was broken and the message light kept blinking 24/7. I checked with hotel staff for messages and they agreed -- broken. The sink was cracked in several places! The room was clean and staff was terrific. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the hot coffee!

Only one staff at check-in around 8:30 pm on a Friday night. She was very nice but overwhelmed. Room was clean and bed comfortable but the shower would barely drain the next morning. With four of us in the room, waiting for the water to drain was inconvenient, and gross. Breakfast options were minimal and cooked items under stocked.

First room had problem with AC/Heater. Promptly moved me to a new room. Clean and comfortable.

When we checked in we discovered the hotel name had changed. Still okay they still accepted our reservation at what we were quoted for the stay. We especially enjoyed the sitting area as we were able to visit with some relatives that lived in the area.

We arrived at 4 and staff was not rude but not friendly. Went to the second floor and our room door was open. Cleaning staff was very nice and apologized room was not done. Went down and asked for a clean room and was told all rooms were assigned. No one else had arrived yet. Parking lot was fairly empty. No apology. So we waited in the hall outside the room with our stuff on the floor 15 minutes while room was finished. TV volume did not work well. Breakfast was good. We would not stay there again

Was nice and very convenient to places we needed to go

Not what i was expecting at all but wasn't a bad hotel.

The facility is nice and comfortable room. However, my room did not receive housekeeping services the second day. When I called the front desk and requested it, I still never received it that day. We did get new towels delivered while we were gone that were just thrown on top of the unmade bed. The free breakfast left much to be desired--no coffee, ran out of food items both mornings, etc.

Every staff member was very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast choices.

I have stayed here many times before and really appreciate the location and convenience. Staff is always very friendly and helpful!

Nice room for the price. Only dissapointment is that I woke at 2am and could hear the guy in the adjoining room snoring and I had to turn my radio on to drown it out so I could get back to sleep.

In town for a quick weekend away from everyday life. Hotel was conviently located with quick access to the interstate. Plenty of restaurants in close proximity.

We had stayed there last September. We were very pleased. I noticed this time the tub was a little dirty. We had a horrible time with the key cards to get into the hotel and room. we had to get several different ones and walk to the main lobby to enter. Just kind of inconvienent. other than that, it was fine.

Website said continental breakfast ended at 10 they switched it until 9. Pool was too cold indoors craziest thing ever

Brooke was the rep on duty when we checked in, and she was so friendly and accommodating. It was apparent that the hotel was undergoing some renovations, but it did not detract from our stay. The room was clean, but there were signs of wear in the room (like missing trim, torn wallpaper). We would've liked to have stayed closer to our destination, but this served our need.

Room was clean and comfortable but the carpet was worn down in a couple spots. The location was perfect as it is near restaurants, shops, etc. and the hospital (I flew in to do some consulting at the hospital). Breakfast was 'as expected' for this hotel.

The room was fairly clean and comfortable. Not much to complain about.

We were there only one night but the room was really nice staff nice.

We live in St. Joseph and chose to stay at this hotel the night after our wedding, so we could get up and go the next morning. The room was very clean, and the hotel was quiet, despite the fact that it seemed to be booked solid, thanks to the Kansas City Chiefs Training Camp starting that weekend. The staff was very friendly. The hair dryer in the room did not work, but the front desk person brought a replacement up to us immediately.
