Easy access to interstate. Friendly staff. Room: bed comfortable, several outlets didn’t work, toilet kept running. Breakfast staff kept items filled & everything clean. More fresh fruit & yogurt would be nice options.

Property was DIRTY and poorly maintained. Spilled water on the bathroom floor and wiped it up with a washcloth - the white washcloth became BLACK because the floor was that dirty! Lots of maintetnace issues! We had to shut off the water to the toilet because it ran all night. The window glass was so cloudy (window seal must be an issue) that you couldn't even see out! The bathroom door drug on the floor, making the door hard to close, from either the floor being uneven or moisture issues. It had been this way for a while because there were scratch marks on the tile floor. Laminate chipped off nightstands and furniture and lamps in poor condition. On top of all that, dogs barking in the halls (didn't know the property allowed pets when we booked it) and loud traffic all night made it a challenge to sleep! Will NOT stay here again and would NOT recommend.

The carpet looked so dirty, I was afraid to walk barefoot on it. A cabinet door was hanging off. And there was no way to change the temperature in the overly hot room. However, the gentlemen manning the front desk were helpful and nice.

Bad stay

Rude front desk. Had to swipe my card 3 times after it said approved. The plug in don’t work. The toilet squeaks the door doesn’t lock unless you pick up the door to lock it. USB chargers are broke and don’t work. Tv doesn’t work no conditioner or body wash toilet ran all night.

So thankful

We arrived way too early and the friendly gentleman at the front desk allowed us to check in early. We had been driving from Massachusetts so 20+ hours to see family on our trip to spread my dad's ashes. I will 10000000000% recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area ❤️
