This seems to be a new hotel located just off the freeway and very close to a wide range of dinning options - many within walking distance. There was an outdoor seating area with BBQ grills which would be great for family/friends traveling together. My only complaint is no breakfast is offered, but this is not unusual for an extended stay type place. We appreciated the full size refrigerator in the room. Would definitely stay again - overall good quality for the price.

Clean comfortable room with very good curtains that block out light well. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Staff was helpful. Water pressure was a little low - barely adequate - but that is one of my pet peeves. TV was a little smaller than most hotels I stay at but then again I don't stay at a hotel to watch TV. AC works very well. Lots of good restaurant options nearby. I would stay again if in the area....

Beautiful facility, nicely furnished. Lots of space in the room and bathroom. Fully equiped exercise room. Gas station, restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access from the highway. The only downside was a group of over-aged revelers drinking on the patio all night, making drunken comments to people coming in and out, and hitting on the young woman at the counter. It's my understanding that they were also rather loud on their floor. Not conducive to feeling safe and getting up early to attend an event.

We needed a hotel that would accept 2 cats for the night while we were driving to our new home. The room had a kitchenette, and the hotel was ok with our large moving truck parking in the lot. There was a deposit for the cats ($25) but the staff was very warm and welcoming ("as long as they are under 80 pounds" LOL). No continental breakfast, but most things in the "store" were $1.00 for breakfast foods like cereal and yogurt. We went to the Target mall across the street and were able to get food at one of the take-out places for dinner, and ate comfortably in our room. Very clean, nice room. A real closet (for the cat box) and very clean and bright bathroom. It is set off I-29 and up on a hill. Easy to get to, but far enough from the interstate to avoid noise. It is also next door to a community health center with a really nice walking track through the woods behind the property. Loved the location

We ;have stayed in other IHG hotels and were satisfied with them. This location, however, is disappointing. Our suite had no towels when we arrived. We had to ask twice to get some. The room was unattractive and looked cheap. The charge for our dog was $30/night! We will not visit this name in the IHG again.

Great value, great staff, thanks Matthew, this is an exceptional place to stay if only for one night or an extended stay. Rooms are perfect, the linen is quality the bed the pillows, wow! The kitchen is well equipped with everything one needs plus a full size fridg. Everything is immaculate!!! Keep up the great work. Thanks

What a nice, clean, comfortable place to stay! My husband and I stayed at Candlewood Suites in St. Joseph, MO on our way to a vacation out west. Holly checked us in and was available for any questions or concerns. We were originally slotted for a place on the second floor but when we expressed concern about the noise level on the first floor, due to some high energy children, they quickly changed us to the 4th floor. Our room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Loved the suite which also had a small kitchenette, full sized fridge, microwave and ice maker. Definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing night's stay!

Although we really enjoyed the setting of this hotel we found that in reality the daily rate was vastly overprice for what you get. They often ask upwards of 149.00 per stay and although they can get it, consider the following; There is no pool, no breakfast except for some bananas, apples, and tangerines, no ice machine, housekeeping is very rushed clumbsy and didn't check what we needed. We had to beg to get housekeeping on our second day stayover. As a full time traveler with over 100 hotel stays this year to date 05/15/17, I feel this hotel daily rate should not exceed $80.00, it just isn't worth any more to us considering the lack of ammenities. The weekly rate is much more reasonable and should be the standard rate for all ($80.00)

Check in was a breeze but unfortunately when we got to our room we opened the door to a room that had not been serviced from the last stay(sure it was a simple clerical one is perfect). We promptly notified the front desk. The place was sold out of other rooms and we were exhausted after driving 12 hrs and it was late so there was no house keeping available, but the front desk staff before I could get down to the lobby had already contacted her district mgr, who happened to just check in from out of town. He, with no hesitation, gave us his room and cleaned the other room for his self. Also he walked us up to our new room to make sure we were satisfied. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to. These guys need to give classes on hospitality!

Over all great! Quiet till our 10th night and a family of Clydesdales moved above us! The staff was great, the Managers dinner was very nice, and the goodies that are left by front door are good. It is different because there is only once a week clean up and you can reuse towels or trade them in for new at the front desk.
