Staff in the late evening was horrible cussing and talking to a friend not paying attention to us or what we needed
When I returned late Saturday afternoon, I found that the person who cleaned my room took my $5 tip and didn't even bother to make my bed. Worst situation: there was a large group of young people who yelled, screamed, ran up and down the halls, laughed loudly, slammed doors all night. I called the office several times and was told "we keep telling them to be quiet." I was still awake at 3:00 am because these people would NOT consider any guests on the floor. When I complained the next day, the staff person apologize and said she couldn't comp my room because I booked through Orbitz. She said she couldn't even print out a receipt. I will NEVER go back there!
Curtains ripped off , desk chair ripped off, not toiled paper, the room was open, sheets looked someone were before
Staff was very accommodating but the room was not clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the carpets had not been vacuumed for quite some time. Good price and a nice breakfast.
Stayed for one night. Set off the interstate a little bit so a little quieter than being right next to it but definitely not a good view (gas station on one side and a lot on the other). Still has the fairly new feel to it but bathroom was already showing some wear and tear. Room was small but with mini fridge. Convenient location with a Starbucks across the street and other restaurants close by. Included breakfast was just take and go items but there is a Bob Evans across the parking lot if you want a full, hot breakfast.
Housekeeping is super friendly and goes out of way to help.

Hard to rate amenities due to the coronavirus state of affairs. Thought the portable refrigerator was of low quality. Beautiful view of Gun Lake from our balcony. Great experience reading or relaxing on the waterfront in the evening.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, the staff greeted us with smiles and was there to answer and questions. I also like the location
It was very clean! The hair dryer in our room was broke, no sheet for the pull out couch and 1/2 roll toilet paper. There was 1 person working the desk when we got there. There was a Cheer Competition in town and there were several bookings for that. I would have thought there would have been extra staff for that. I did not call about the above things because with just one person there who knows when would have gotten it taken care of. We were tired and just wanted to go to bed. I stripped the king size bed and use one of the top sheets for a bottom sheet on the couch. Let our hair air dry and was very conserving on the toilet paper. The breakfast was awful! The eggs were dripping water, ran out of syrup, and hash. Again they had several rooms booked and did not prepare!
