Fan on heater unit was going out and making a lot of noise every time it kicked on. We asked that it be repaired before our second night in the room. It wasn't and no explanation was given or an offer for rate concession for our inconvenience.

The air unit in the room made a whirring noise while unit was on. We shut it off because we couldn’t sleep with the noise. Then got too hot. Overall, fine for the price.

The breakfast food was fresh. However the menu was limited to scrambled eggs and susuage links. I would have like to have had an omlette. There was plenty of toast, juice , serial and the like. The dining area was clean and well maintained. Food was replenished in a timely manner as needed

We had a great stay with our 2 kids and dog! The staff was professional and helpful (shoutout to Emma). Room was clean, breakfast was solid, popcorn & coffee available at all hours. Only thing that would be nice to have the pool more heated, but that was not a deal breaker.

Great stay! Checked in super late and asked for a later checkout and the front desk staff had no problem with that. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was great, bigger than most, very comfortable king size bed. Linens were quality and very comfortable and clean. Everything was five stars. I’ll definitely stay here again! Didn’t get to take a dip in the pool or the hot tub but I will next time. No doubt both are great!
