This was my first time going to an all inclusive hotel and it did not disappoint. Only problem was the room didn’t have AC just a fan, but it wasn’t terribly hot inside so it worked. The staff was amazing, kind and very helpful, the property was beautiful and had everything you could possibly ask for. 10/10
I have been here many times and it’s always great . Everyone works hard to make your stay unforgettable. Lots of wildlife including monkeys, coatis and zerekes. Fortunately, there is no sargasso and the water is crystal clear , warm and calm. It is only 4-5 feet deep at its deepest.
From checkin with Christian , to check out with Danial , everything was great. Room is clean and in good condition. Went to all restaurants including the buffet, and found them all delicious. Staff in every department ( room service, entertainment, restaurants, etc.) we’re all friendly and helpful . Property is beautiful with stunning ocean views . Located in a private community with a small shopping area .
Property was older but well kept. Workers worked very hard keeping property clean and waiting on guest. Our toilet wouldn’t flush and they sent maintenance immediately 2 different times to resolve the issue. Food was ok. Beach was excellent but you better get up early to reserve chairs.
Beautiful resort with crystal clear ocean water and no seaweed. Thank you Eugenia at reception, Vincente in buffet and Falcon at the lobby bar. Maria and Ania were great entertainers , as were all of the other performers ( but I didn’t learn all of their names) Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Riu Yucatán is great for families. A lot of activities all day and show in the evening. People that work there are amazing! Very hard workers. Don’t forget to tip them. Beach is beautiful. Summer time it has seaweed, but not too bad. They try to clean a lot. Food has good options. Changes a bit every day. Drinks are definitely watered down. You can sip all day without a buzz, which is good in my opinion. They have cats, monkeys and other animals on the property. My kids loved it! They are all wild animals. You can also use their 2 other properties that are walking distance. We will be back for sure!

Loved the food. Anything you wanted and more. Needs an upgrade to facilities but nice pool and entertainment areas. Resturants where top notch. Repairs were being done all week, but expected for such a massive resort. Overall loved the experience
