Very clean, spacious rooms, excellent location good customer service

To be fair, the lower rating for staff was due to no real interaction, the receptionist was good at check-in.

Very nice rooms and amenities. The staff was nice as well.

There are as construction going on during our stay. We got in from our flight needed to catch up on test and kept hearing drilling! Paid on orbitz so they claimed they could not compensate anything for the room? The garage parking was full of construction supplies making it impossible to get in and out without struggle. I went to their website prior to selecting this hotel and there was no mention of construction going on at all!!! We Also stayed during covid so we understood the restaurant and room service being closed but they would not clean rooms or deliver fresh towels claiming less contact, so they made us walk to front desk to retrieve them ourselves - which made no sense!!! Construction and the way they handled covid as horrible.

Very nice hotel in the Downtown area!!! Not a lot of parking unless you pay $25 to park in the hotel underground...

Everything about this property is easy. Easy parking, easy check-in/check-out, elevators, easy access to the freeway, easy walk to downtown, markets, Capitol Hill, etc. Friendly staff, quiet rooms, comfy bed, awesome tilting TV with internet built in and MANY channels. Great stay!

Front desk customer service was great. The only complaint is the construction in the garage.

It's nice hotel staff are so nice and understanding that's why I love staying there

The next day my credit card was charged with $60 in unannounced fees. There is a lady who works at night who told me: “did you read the sign?” In regards to the hours of the working elevator hours in their tiny cramped parking structure. And then told me “do NOT prop open the door either because I WILL be making WALKS(?)” Very abrasive. Very unpleasant. Terrible customer service. The hotel looks nice at face value, but good things ain’t cheap and cheap things ain’t good.

Staff members (front desk, car valet drivers) were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Jean, the front desk associate, was specially helpful. Breakfast was excellent. There was some construction work going on on some floors, and the front desk made us aware of that. We forgot a toiletry item, and front desk was very gracious about given us what we needed. Room was recently renovated and very nice.

Location is great. Staff in the breakfast area are friendly, food is great. $20/day charge not properly explained why... not mentioned when I first booked.

Great location and accommodating staff! Housekeeping is also great because they are on schedule when it comes to cleaning rooms. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Rooms were pretty clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was good. There was no parking available except for $30 valet parking, no parking assistance for handicapped guests. We were told to drive around and look for street parking. The neighborhood is horrible. We were only going a half block away and had to walk through a homeless camp with human feces on the sidewalk. I would recommend spending your travel dollars on a different city. Seattle was nice 10 years ago, not anymore.
