One of the security people working at around 2am was SUPER GRUMPY. And that's not cool. If people are booked at your hotel, are at least 21, and are not doing anything too crazy... then BE NICE. Would you rather we be drinking and driving? The lobby is MUCH better of a place for us to be loud, as opposed to the HALL WAYS OF THE ROOMS.

Setting of the room is not too romantic to stay. I think rooms are more for executives or business men, but the place is near to every place you want to visit. Uber ride is easy in that area. Found some empty cans under the cabinet, maybe the cleaners missed cleaning it.

I was quite pleased by this hotel. I chose it because it seemed decent, and the location was convenient, but it was much nicer than I'd expected. My room was spacious and quite clean, the full breakfast was great and had a decent amount of variety (including hot food), the fitness center was small but adequate (with 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and a rack of free weights), and staff members were polite. I would consider staying here again.

This hotel was great, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was unbelievable, I was very impressed with the selection. The shuttle was very convenient, we never had to use any other transportation. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I can't believe they charge guests that are staying there 26 dollars a night to be able to to park your car there at the hotel what a scam I hope they don't expect tips

Let's face it. Hotels have become obscenely expensive. 200, 300, sometimes 400 or more per night. You shouldn't be making a car payment to spend a night in a nice hotel. So, that's why I choose the Springhill when I stay in Seattle. It's affordable, clean, comfortable, and within EZ walking distance of the heart of Seattle.

Close downtown at a reasonable rate. The included breakfast was beter than average. Walking or Uber it is about 1 mile to most Seattle attractions (shopping, Pike Place etc.). Easy, nice, safe, walk.

Eric at the front desk was very helpful- the best on our entire trip!

We had an initial hiccup . Our flight came in late and they had given our room away . But next day our room was changed. Very convenient location next to everything in downtown Loved the hot breakfast. Better than other sister Springhill. Scrambled eggs seemed freshly cooked not baked! Loved the early morning coffee croissants and fresh fruit next to our rooms too!Great start every morning! We were on an upper floor so neighborhood noise was minimal. Valet service was prompt and courteous. Thanks to everyone on the staff!

Hotel room was spacious. We checked in a few hours early, which was nice.

Had a great weekend stay everything was great. Bed was comfy and clean. The shower and sink did have very low water pressure pretty much like all hotels. But over all it was a great stay.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is more than friendly. The breakfast is really good for being a free hotel breakfast. There are even breakfast buffets set up in the hallways next to the elevators for those of us who really don't like interacting with humanity at that hour. Fantastic overall!

I paid for my room threw orbitz. When I got to the hotel they said that because I checked in too late they cancelled my room. They told me I would lose my money and have to book another room. The lady at the front desk was not concerned or helpful in any way and orbitz just deffered to the hotel. It was my bday weekend and all hotels in the area were booked. I travel all over the country and had never experienced this.

Good location. Near on ramp to South I5. Walking distance to many attractions. Good breakfast!! Shuttle from/to hotel to some areas available.

The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The hotel bartender Mycol was funny and gave great touristy advice.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and within walking distance to many restaurants.

Good location, comfortable room and breakfast, but found a bug in bed, except that, everything else is great.

I stayed here for a week for business and was very comfortable. The staff is are all so sweet and accommodating. I caught up on work at the bar one night and Jacob the bartender was so attentive to every single guest. I also loved that they had coffee and light breakfast on each floor every morning. Only slight downfall for me was the mattress was pretty firm (not my fave) and that valet was the only option (I'm in and out driving for work a lot). But those are only small things. Overall, very comfortable stay and I would stay again.

Good service, free breakfast, clean rooms. Staff was very helpful

Everything was great. Hot breakfast, had a full bar at the lobby to watch the rest of a football game, spacious room with living room area, located about 1 mile from the space needle and pikes market. Only negative was the bed was really firm to sleep on.
