Checking in ahead of time was a waste of time, I had to check in at the front desk, wasn’t able to sync this stay to my membership, also my housekeeping request was not honored. In addition, my room, specifically the bathroom was not cleaned well at all. There was hair in the shower, stains on the shower wall, trash in the bin under the desk, and a red stain on the wall behind the sink. Also my body wash wasn’t filled and when they did fill it on day 3 it was so watered down it barely formed any suds.

The location was perfect for our needs. It was a 3 minute walk from our destination. Staff was friendly. Check in was simple and parking was convenient. Our room was larger than expected with a nice layout.
