Eric at the front desk was very helpful- the best on our entire trip!

We had an initial hiccup . Our flight came in late and they had given our room away . But next day our room was changed. Very convenient location next to everything in downtown Loved the hot breakfast. Better than other sister Springhill. Scrambled eggs seemed freshly cooked not baked! Loved the early morning coffee croissants and fresh fruit next to our rooms too!Great start every morning! We were on an upper floor so neighborhood noise was minimal. Valet service was prompt and courteous. Thanks to everyone on the staff!

Hotel room was spacious. We checked in a few hours early, which was nice.

Had a great weekend stay everything was great. Bed was comfy and clean. The shower and sink did have very low water pressure pretty much like all hotels. But over all it was a great stay.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is more than friendly. The breakfast is really good for being a free hotel breakfast. There are even breakfast buffets set up in the hallways next to the elevators for those of us who really don't like interacting with humanity at that hour. Fantastic overall!

I paid for my room threw orbitz. When I got to the hotel they said that because I checked in too late they cancelled my room. They told me I would lose my money and have to book another room. The lady at the front desk was not concerned or helpful in any way and orbitz just deffered to the hotel. It was my bday weekend and all hotels in the area were booked. I travel all over the country and had never experienced this.

Good location. Near on ramp to South I5. Walking distance to many attractions. Good breakfast!! Shuttle from/to hotel to some areas available.

The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The hotel bartender Mycol was funny and gave great touristy advice.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and within walking distance to many restaurants.

Good location, comfortable room and breakfast, but found a bug in bed, except that, everything else is great.

I stayed here for a week for business and was very comfortable. The staff is are all so sweet and accommodating. I caught up on work at the bar one night and Jacob the bartender was so attentive to every single guest. I also loved that they had coffee and light breakfast on each floor every morning. Only slight downfall for me was the mattress was pretty firm (not my fave) and that valet was the only option (I'm in and out driving for work a lot). But those are only small things. Overall, very comfortable stay and I would stay again.

Good service, free breakfast, clean rooms. Staff was very helpful

Everything was great. Hot breakfast, had a full bar at the lobby to watch the rest of a football game, spacious room with living room area, located about 1 mile from the space needle and pikes market. Only negative was the bed was really firm to sleep on.

Had a great time, don't know what more I can ask for!

Transportation: I loved the shuttle service to Westlake and the SSpace needle. It saves a lot on parking fees. We had a rental car and spent $24 total on parking and took the shuttle a few times. The hotel does charge a fee for parking there. It's valet only. Breakfast: The breakfast was okay. We stayed at another Springfield that had more variety with their morning buffet, so I was a bit disappointed with what this one had. The hot options they had were scrambled eggs, sausage and oatmeal. Room: The room was clean and everything was in working order. Laundry: We had to use the laundry when we stayed there. Bring quarters. It was great that it was really fast and that it was only $1 to wash and anther $1 to dry. It also had a built in laundry detergent dispenser so you don't need to buy laundry soap. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Most times they well ups greet us coming or going. Neighboorhood: The hotel was downtown in a neighborhood that was a bit noisy in the morning. Did I awake to the sound of dumpsters banging? There was also freeway noise even though I asked for a room away from the freeways. I'm sure it would have been a lot worse if I was right next to the freeway. Bring earplugs and an eye shield. The curtains didn't block out all of the light.

The SpringHill Suites is a very good option for business travelers visiting Seattle. It is very convenient to downtown.

Over booked. Would not honor third party booking when checking in. Later they could not find a similar hotel in downtown area so they gave us a different room in same hotel.

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was exceptional. Very happy with this hotel.

We only stayed for one night while visiting, but we had no complaints about our stay. Love the breakfast!!

Stayed here on a perfect weekend without a single drop of rain! The hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a relaxing stay and really enjoyed the obvious cleanliness. For the price, I really don't think you could beat this level of quality.
