Wet floors because the pools

Room booked was not the one I got and check in was just awkward

The hotel smelled nasty. You have trains going through honking all night. I’m handicap and they put me on the 3rd floor because they have an elevator but it didn’t work after the first 3 hours. Their breakfast is a sack with juice a fruit cup and granola bar. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The hotel elevator not working we had to walk up to the third floor. It seemed unsafe due to homeless people staying in cars in the parking lot along sleeping/staying in the wooded tree area next to the parking lot. Would a fence to be installed

The hotel was extremely dirty. No towels provided, and if I asked them for some, they would only have hand towels.

Check was great staff was good. The area dose have alittle to much homeless people i guess are just trying to live there.

Lady at the front desk we very rude. Our room wasn’t ready at time of check in. When we returned after a couple of hours she informed us it still wasn’t ready because of the type of room it was. She did put us in a different room that was ready but she was very rude about it. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Looked like a place you take a prostitute back to. There was a lot of parking lot activity for it being after 2am and I was nervous to even leave my car unattended! Looked extremely sketchy. And for a place that WREAKED of bleach (probably from the murky looking pool), it didn’t look even a little bit clean. They seriously needed a sweep and vacuum throughout the lobby, stairs and hallways. The elevator smelled like urine and the buttons literally had smeared dirt stains on them. When I entered the room, the furniture was so tattered and run down. I didn’t even put my stuff down for fear of bed bugs, I just had to leave. I knew I couldn’t stay there, I’d much rather sleep in my car than a place like that.

Dirty in my room, lobby and parking lot. couldn’t use gym or sauna. one of my two key cards would not work.
