Very nice hotel. It's in a great location for visiting the attractions in the city. We were able to walk everywhere. The room was one of the quietest, darkest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in - not a lot of LED lights to brighten the room at night. Great bed, clean bathroom with a nice, deep, soaker tub. I'd definitely stay there again.

Excellent customer service. Staff willing to accommodate any requests.

Staff was amazing! Valet is a must considering the parking situation in the city. Relieves the stress. We were greeted with sparkling wine and complimentary upgrade to a deluxe king suite with a water view. The staff went out of their way and above and beyond to provide my husband and I with a to go goodie bag since we needed to check out prior to breakfast. So thoughtful and delicious!

Nice hotel. Walking distance to many great areas and restaurants/shopping. The view from our room was horrible, but it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was terrific. Very friendly and willing to help with any request. Free umbrellas to borrow when you went out (nice, as it rained every day we were there, and I forgot to pack some). The parking fee was high ($55/night), but the attendants were efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

I won't lie. I picked this hotel for the bathtub. I was pleased to find out the reviews dealing with staff were all true. A+ for customer service. Excellent proximity to all of downtown.

Nice hotel in a great location, within walking distance to all of the tourist spots!

Perfectly located between Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square and the Westlake Center (rail access to the Space Needle). Room and staff were great.

The hotel and staff were exceptional - going above and beyond to help me when I left my luggage at the hotel. I would have missed my flight if they hadn't helped out. I'll be very loyal to this hotel - fantastic customer service! Christine

Great hotel and great service. Easy walk to Pike's Place and many other locations. Quick and easy ride in from Sea-Tac on the Link as well.

The flight and the hotel were excellent. The process in booking left a bit to be desired. The cost changed when, while on the Orbitz website, we phoned in with a question. The agent said we could complete the process on the phone. Problem was, the cost jumped over $100! We then were told to copy a screen shot, but backing up in our browser, there was a problem listing the flight number necessary for Orbitz to comply with our wishes. After writing an email to the corporate office, we heard NOTHING back! Too bad. Our flights and hotel stays were wonderful, but dealing with Orbitz to give us the original price proved futile.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to all the shopping, restaurants, speedle needle, pike market, etc

Simply excellent. Professional staff and ideal location.

Beautiful bathtub. I never take a bath at a hotel, but did that night. Luxurious. Big room. Nice crib, mini crib, not a pack and play. Very nice staff. Great location.

Extraordinary hotel lodging experience in Seattle. From the very start, Hotel 1000 rolls out the warm welcome. Friendly and accommodating staff -- doormen to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant staff members. This hotel is beautifully enhanced with high-quality amenities and delivers absolute comfort. Sparkling wine upon arrival, a restaurant that serves up great happy hour food, and a location that is just minutes from some of the best sites and restaurants in Seattle.

Hotel 1000 is a very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Keith at the check-in desk was welcoming. The hotel room was modern with a spacious bathroom. Our only complaint is that water from the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor. The hotel staff was very generous in that they gave my boyfriend a card with chocolates & 2 complimentary drinks to celebrate his birthday. We really enjoyed the hotel's restaurant & bar--the food & drinks were very good. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

This is the third time I've stayed at Hotel 1000, each time it's been fantastic! They really know a thing or two about customer service. It's a fantastic location and every room is beautiful with spectacular views of the city or the waterfront. It's within walking distance to everything, even the link light rail and transit center. I live in WA and this is the only hotel I will stay at downtown.

Hotel was centrally located. We walked and Uber'ed everywhere. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, clean, and cool.

Came here on my birthday and absolutely loved the location. We walked to most of the local attractions, restaurants and shops. The hotel rooms were roomy and clean. Staff was super nice and helpful. If I go back to Seattle, I will most likely stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful, staff very friendly going above and beyond. Definitely stay here again! Perfect location.
