Great stay... Friendly staff, awesome location, and a decent breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn. Free breakfast in the morning was adequate but standard and not made-to-order. No pool was a downer. Location was a big plus including a greatThai restaurant a block away and cute pub two blocks in same direction. Easy walk to Space Needle, monorail, and Chihuly Gardens.

Very convenient location, excellent front desk staff. We were able to check in earlier than expected. We were only there for a one night stay, but I'd do it again.

It was a nice experience. The room was clean, nice sized. The breakfast was really good.

Would come back again. Large rooms for families and great location. Breakfast lacked some more natural choices, but other than that, perfect!

My family enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Room is very comfortable. Amenities are just about right. It is family friendly.

Checked in on 2/13 around 5pm. First arriving was a little sour. We were second in line and waiting patiently, the employee (older man with glasses) offered the guest in front of me 3 complimentary bottles of water. As we stepped up to the counter, we were not greeted, just a blank stare as we mentioned we had a reservation.. checked in and were not offered water. I stayed in a Queen Studio for one night, this included a full kitchen, and a separate office space. This would be perfect for a family traveling with a child, the office could easily fit a roll-away bed and still have ample space for storage. The office had a closet and an iron/ironing board. Room was over all clean, comfortable bed. The room interior was mixed with some recent, and outdated decor. Some fixtures in the room needed repair (bathroom ceiling fan box was starting to fall down), yet overall pleased with condition of room. Hotel is located minutes to the space needle, which was also visible from the room. Free breakfast was tasty, free cookies were also on the desk during the evening. Overall enjoyed my stay.

It is a very good hotel, good service, good breakfast, parking, everything perfect, and the location too!

Very friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bathroom, good breakfast!

The LOCATION of The Hampton Inn & Suites is great because it's so close to the Space Needle (about 3-4 blocks). On the way to the Seattle Center and Space Needle, there is a QFC grocery store that has just about anything you need at decent prices. The Seattle Center has the Space Needle, Pacific Science Center, Chihuly Glass museum, EMP Museum and the Ride the Ducks Land and Boat tour is right across the street. Convenience is a plus. HOTEL ROOM was clean and amenities were basic (refrigerator, microwave. hairdryer and basic toiletries items were provided). We happen to get a room on the 300 level where we constantly heard voices of people walking by. (Luckily for us...we were all exhausted from our day that it didn't bother us.) The bed was your typical softer bed, but comfortable. We also just happen to get a wheelchair accessible room which is fine, but every time we took a shower it would get the floor all wet. Very annoying. Every night we had to take our bath towels and leave them on the floor. COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST: Decent and has the basics. Each day they always provide cereal choices, oatmeal with all the fixings, make your own waffle, fresh cut fruit, a set of pastries and bread to choose from. They also change daily the breakfast highlight (Biscuits and Gravy, sausage or bacon with eggs. etc.)

Hotel was located within walking distance to the space needle. Staff was great and very welcoming, and after traveling 12 hours on planes, they gave me a complimentary bottle of water, and warm cookies, so that was great, for both myself and the kids! Only complaint that I had was we were in a mobility impaired unit, and the shower flooded the whole bathroom while in use, so sorry about all the towels!

Came here on a college scouting trip with my son. The price was reasonable, the hotel clean and in a prime area for walking to the Space Needle, EMP and train that took us to Pikes Place in minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed there because it was within walking distance to space needle and we were leaving on a cruise. Service was excellent. We returned from our cruise to stay an extra day. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Breakfast was great. Can't say enough nice things about the staff.

En rote to home following a lengthy vacation the Hampton Inn & Suites proved to be easy to find and conveniently located. The 2 bedroom/2 bath suite was the perfect choice fora good night's rest following sightseeing and the Folklife Festival.

This is a VERY nice Hampton Inn! I have stayed at a few, and they can vary from extremely nice to a little shoddy. This one totally exceeded my expectations. The rooms were brand new, modern, tastefully decorated, and fresh. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great and plentiful. We were in a room that was right next to the lobby but didnt hear a thing all night. The staff were very friendly. As me and my friend were walking back to our room with our breakfast, we were chit-chatting saying Man, this place is really nice And the manager approached us to thank us and inquire about how our stay was going. I highly recommend this Hampton if you are needing to stay in the downtown area. We stayed here before going on the Victoria clipper. It was a 5-10 minute drive to the dock/parking.

This hotel was right in the hub of Seattle tourist area without feeling in the hub of anything. Very quiet spot but with shops, restaurants, and the Space Needle right at hand. The parking looked problematic on arrival, but never proved difficult at all. I knew there was no pool going in, but the kids were still disappointed--they've never seen a Hampton without a pool. Very nice stay.

I didn't know that the parking was free and even the breakfast was free as well. Imaging the condition that you are leaving out of hotel in the morning with a starving condition comparing to a stuffed condition. I am pretty sure that you will make the right decision rightway.

Everything was fantastic, with the exception of our neighbors who were banging and clanging all night but that has nothing to do with the hotel...you will find those anywhere!! Great value, bed was like a big pillow, staff bend over backwards to help and free hot breakfast was amazing and just what I needed!

Outstanding hotel in excellent location. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was friendly but they pushed their parking garage on me without disclosing charges of $15/day + tax. Need to be more up front on that and it stuck in my craw. Room comfort was good but not real good, mostly because of a cramped bathroom and a climate control system that was NOISY.
