This is a modern hotel with very clean rooms. Its location in Seattle is a huge plus—there is a QFC supermarket just a short walk away with a great selection of fresh, ready-to-eat food. We really appreciated having an in-room microwave to heat up our meals, which made our stay very convenient. The breakfast was nice, and they even prepared to-go bags at the front desk for guests in a rush to head out. I also loved that complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available in the dining area 24/7. A special highlight was the extra coffee and hot water stations they thoughtfully set up for guests returning from the New Year’s countdown. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The room was not was what was shown in the pictures. There was no kitchen or stove. There was just a mini fridge, not a full size fridge. There are no lights or very dim lighting in the entire room. The mini fridge did not work. One of the TVs was light blue with shadows on it like it was about to break or was so old that didn't work. The breakfast buffet was overcrowded and overloaded because it was New Year's Day. The line out for the buffet was extremely long and there was no food available once you got to the front of the line of the buffet. He ran out of the hot food so there was really no buffet. Other than that, the location was great. It was close to the space Needle. The room was clean. Overall disappointing for the price and advertisement it provided. Would choose a different place.

The room was clean, we had a great view of the Space Needle, and it was close to restaurants. Breakfast was great with many options. My only complaint was the sofa bed. I booked this room because it slept four. We were only there for two nights as we were going to Leavenworth. My husband and I took the sofa bed. I am using “ bed” loosely, it was nothing but springs with a mattress pad. I don’t think Paris Hilton would let her dog sleep on this. I have never been so miserable trying to sleep. My husband ended up trying to sleep in the chair and I used the sofa cushions that were so hard you could bounce a buckle of them. Whomever is responsible for the purchase of these should be made to sleep on this for a week. The staff tried to be accommodating and gave us extra padding. It did not help. Moral of this story is book two rooms. I think a bed of nails would have been more comfortable.

It was wonderful, just what we needed. It was close to thebspace needle, grocery store and other musuems. The monorail and bus stops made it convenient that we didnt need to use the car. Never noticed how expensive parking can be. But this hotel was close enough that made lyft & uber cheap enough to use. Going to watch the Rams vs Seahawks game was awesome. When we returning this will be my place to stay. Staff was friendly, even taught us how to use the fire place and heaters. We are Southern Californians so we dont use such things back home. Thank you all.

Room was very clean. I had a suite, complete with kitchen and separate sitting room (or extra bedroom). Excellent value for all the room provided. Breakfast was also a good value, as it included hot protein items such as sausage and eggs, and they were quality.
