There was no WiFi for my stay. And ghe jacuzzi tub was dorty when i fisrt filled it. I had to cleanit before using it. Other yhan those 2 things, the stay was enjoyable.

Got to the hotel and was given a king size bed that we paid for and it smelled so bad of smoke as myself and husband couldnt stay in. ended up in a queen size bed on 9th flr. and very small room. went to get ice back to first floor. elevators were schetchy. On the bed in the morning we saw bed bug dirt. Talked with receptioinst and only thing she could do is 50 percent off a next visit. would not recommend this place at all. we had other famly members stay for a reunion and there was a wedding there . puke all over walkways next day. nope

Disappointed. Chose hotel for sister trip because of amenities. Outdoor pool was to be open May 25-Sep.30 but was closed, green and no lounge chairs. Indoor pool had no towels. There was no jacuzzi or fitness center, no mention they were closed for renovation. Chose balcony room which was run down, had coffee maker but no coffee even though we asked. Hotel in disrepair Do not recommend.

I enjoy the groomed and quiet scenic GMproperty. The staff is personable and professional! I usually stay there every couple of weeks to relax and rewind. Their complimentary breakfast is fantastic! Always elated to return to the Woodlands for any length stay!

Stayed here for a family reunion. The woman who check us in was wonderful. Even though she was juggling what looked like a wedding young people she took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. I wish I got her name but she was tops in my book!
