Our stay here was less than expected. They seem to have been under construction at the time but so many thing were off that we could not say that we were happy with the experience. The Front Desk evening person was beyond helpful and very concerned as was the Sales Director when we checked out. Housekeeping ...
Was a very good experience. The only complaint I have is the clock radio in the room alarm went off at four in the morning. I finally put radio. In the bathroom after I pushed snooze button to turn off alarm.Told front desk when I was leaving! Otherwise thins where excellent!
Excellent place to stay, relax. The hotel is on the river close to everything. I recommend Contessa to anybody who is looking for perfect, clean and chic hotel. I like high floor that is what I recommend.
Great property on the river. Started with excellent valet and luggage service at curb. Quick and accurate check in. Corner room on 11th floor with great views. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable.
Parking was not good and the lot was over crowded. I was blocked in with 4 cars and couldn't make it in time to attend paid for sea world stringray feeding. That cost me 85.00 The staff members should not charge 25 per night when you can't acess your vehicle when needed. First time here and last ...
This is a nice hotel right on the River walk. I would recommend asking for a room with a view when you book. I seem to always get the driveway view. The hotel is clean and provides a full, but basic free breakfast. The Drury charges for parking. Nice staff and clean rooms make the stay pleasant.
Only problem was the room heater did not work and had to move to another room. The staff was great. They took care of the problem immediately.
We loved the room and all the comfort it provided. The staff could be a bit more personable and the breakfast was not very good. The only meat was a spicy chorizo. No bacon, sausage or biscuits. No gravy and very little service.
The Hotel is right on the river walk nice location for many activities. The parking fee is around $40 and valet is a little more, it is expected in this area, the one thing that was really ridiculous is that after paying 200+ for a room the bottle water is 3 dollars and not even complementary.
I loved the quietness and comfortable staying there thx u
