Our stay here was less than expected. They seem to have been under construction at the time but so many thing were off that we could not say that we were happy with the experience. The Front Desk evening person was beyond helpful and very concerned as was the Sales Director when we checked out. Housekeeping ...
My family and I stayed here for one night whilst visiting The Natural Bridge Caverns. There's a Walmart on the other side of the interstate as well as lots of restaurants nearby. There is a pool which was nice. Overall satisfied with my stay and would stay there again!
We came to Texas to visit our daughter in San Marcos and decided to stay in San Antonio. We had never been there. Hotel and staff were awesome. The city is clean and beautiful, people so hospitable, and the Riverwalk and food are terrific. We will definitely be back.
We stayed for the weekend, the staff was very very polite and helpful; from the moment we arrived and valeted our car until the moment we checked out. THe concierge was one of the most helpful and friendly I've spoken to, very couples friendly and family friendly.
My husband and I went for our 2nd anniversary during the Christmas holiday season. The location is perfect down at the riverwalk! It is smack down in the middle of all the main restaurants and bars. We discovered we are allowed to drink on the riverwalk, which we never knew! So, with our prime location ...
Hotel, in general, was nice. Valet parking cost the same as self parking, worked out well and convenient. Room VERY small, probably as far away from front desk as possible. Heater didn't work. We were freezing in the room. Called desk, told someone would come look at it. 45 minutes later, called ...
Great hotel in a very nice location (literally 3-4 minute walk to the Alamo and Riverwalk). Full breakfast (eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, pastry, etc.). Rooms are clean and have everything (including a fridge, microwave, iron, safe, etc.). Valet parking is not much more expensive than ...

Even though some of the hotel could use some tender loving care, it was fairly decent overall.
Had a problem with the heater the first night. But they corrected the problem after I notified the staff.
A very nice place, conveniently located and extraordinary lobby
Definitely recommend staying at Country Inn and Suites .This Is one of the newest hotels in the area. When looking for a hotel I found the rooms here to be the most modern . They didn’t look homely or dated. There wasn’t any noise I could hear from inside the room .The continental breakfast had eggs, chorizo , country potatoes, cereal, oatmeal , fresh fruit , yogurt and a variety of juices . There was complimentary coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day . Btw you can also purchase ice cream in a to go cup anytime of day . The hotel also has easy access to the freeway. Definitely recommend staying here .
